He was happy that at least Anna complied to his order though only after basically snorting at him before that, so Mikhail felt the need to let her know that. "Thank you." he told he when she got out of hiding and even shifted though the pout and her crossed arms got him to raise an eyebrow at her as if to warn her not to have an attitude with him. Which she in fact did when asking how long he was keeping her prisoner. "You are not a prisoner but you are not yet allowed to leave my side, child. It isn't safe for you, or for anyone human. Need I remind you again that you are my responsibility?" Thinking then as he paused he gestured to the dresser. "You will gain more freedom in time and when you learned more control. I do not intend to have you locked up in this place. Not at all. You need to see the world, experience things, taste people.." he continued then and paced the room slowly as he spoke. "Now come on get dressed, we have things to do as I have already said. And I am certain that by now you must have questions for me. Just attempt to at least do so without giving me an attitude so I do not have to get cross with you." he stated then hoping that she would heed his 'warning' so they would at least go some time without arguing as it seemed that that was basically all they did so far.

Anna didn't want to get in trouble anymore, she was tired of him being mad at her and after having those weird feelings of safety with him she was feeling a bit closer. That was probably just her instincts now that she was his childe but whatever the reason it was making the bond between them form easier than it would have had she still been human since her instincts would want her to attach herself to him and to make him happy. She didn't know all that of course and she was still a teen so she had an attitude sometimes which she showed when she asked how long he was going to keep her prisoner and she pouted when he answered her. "Feel like a prisoner" She protested, but did feel slightly better when he told her that she'd get more freedom in time and be able to explore a bit. She sighed heavily when he ordered her to get dressed but obediently moved to the closet to look through the choices there, making faces at the skirts and dresses before picking a flowy black skirt that went to her knee and swayed when she walked and a purple blouse that was form fitting in the bodice area but had loose half sleeves and was really very pretty even if it did have a high neck. She retreated to the bathroom again to change, this time emerging after she was dressed and then walked over to her bedroom door, "Where are we going?" She asked, bobbing around a bit on the balls of her feet since she was hyper and if he wanted her to focus he would probably need to take her to get fed first or she'd be distracted and hyper the whole time as was the case with most newborns.

Mikhail wasn't all that happy that Anna seemed to feel like a prisoner with him and truth be told, she was the first one he taken without consent so he wasn't used to the hostility, even if Snow was notorious for being stubborn and spirited. But this hatred as he saw it was getting to him, even if he was in denial about and just taught himself to be emotionless and distant out of protection. But he wasn't as stone cold as he made himself look. As she retreated to the bathroom to dress he was at least pleased with her choice to comply and stop arguing and he waited patiently even for her to get back. As she then headed to the door he couldn't help but be amused with her eagerness and her being hyper though he was going to take care of that so she'd be more focused. He was happy though to head out with her and hoped that she behaved in the time that he was taking her out of the house, so he could trust her more and give her more freedom. This short leash just was necessary to keep her safe and others safe from her. When she asked where they were going he flashed a bit of a smile and said "We are to go get supplies and other needed things for your education. But we are to feed first, I can't have you mauling the humans while we go 'shopping'. " he informed her and opened the door for her before heading to the front door.

Leading her outside he was quick to actually grab her hand and pull her to him before saying "You will stay close to me, I am dead serious with that. Not just because you have no control, but it is dangerous for newborns as well. And I care too much to let anything happen to a childe of mine. " Adding a rather stern look with that he wanted to make clear that this was to be taken serious. But having expected her not to be okay with being held by the hand he let it go again. Should she herself decide to be okay with it, he would of course not deny her that even if he'd feel somewhat awkward and unfamiliar with it due to his past. Much like with him kissing her head the day before, he had little gestures that he used to show that he cared but he still felt odd about doing so after Snow. Walking over to the other side of the large mansion that is his home he approached a black Mercedes and took some keys out of his pocket, opening the car on the passenger's side, actually holding open the door for Anna and waited for her to get in.

Anna couldn't help feeling like a prisoner since he really didn't let her do anything at all and it was driving her crazy. That was fairly normal behavior for any teenager but that still didn't make it any easier to deal with her which he would likely find out sooner or later. For now she was more or less cooperating though she was whining at him a bit about the unfairness of the world as she went into the bathroom to get dressed. Once she had and tamed her long black hair she ran over to the door and asked if he was ready to go, bouncing around a bit on her feet and was glad that he headed out with her. "You sure that's a good idea?" She asked, worried about going shopping even after feeding thanks tow hat happened with her dad the day before since she'd fed yesterday too and she'd still been able to stop herself from trying to bite him. ONce they were actually outside she forgot about that and wanted to dart off so shew as started when he grabbed her hand and pulled her over before rolling her eyes at his lecture. "Yeah, yeah, what else is new" She grumbled, tugging at his grip on her hand and when he let go she heaved a long suffering sigh and then walked after him and got into the car when he held the door open though she didn't understand why they needed the car since they could probably run faster than he could drive it anyway but she didn't ask she just slouched unhapppily in her seat and waited to see where he was taking her.

Mikhail knew he was taking a risk and if he was going to have to teach her to be among humans and do fine, he had to start somewhere. And since he needed to get things from some stores anyway and not willing to leave her alone in the house, he would have to bring her along. It would give her a chance to be out of the house as well so in his eyes it was worth a shot. So he lead her outside and was quick to warn her again, not pleased with the impatient response she gave him to which he grumbled to himself as he walked to the car and held the door open for her. It was true that they would be much faster by foot with the speeds that they could reach, but as he thought ahead, it would prove to be difficult to do so while carrying shopping bags. So he took the car instead and it made it so that they would be able to get into the town as well. They couldn't very well go running down the street at those speeds after all. And they would blend in this way too, which was important to Mikhail.

Starting the car when he closed the door for Anna then took seat behind the wheel and backed up out of the driveway before taking off. Glancing at Anna he was trying to read her bodylanguage and mood so to at least know what to expect a little, even if teens were just unpredictable and impulsive as he was starting to learn. He kept to the back roads to avoid traffic and headed to the edge of town, not really known to be all that popular and that is how he liked things. He wouldn't be okay with Anna being alone out there for a while yet, but since he was with her he wasn't that worried.

Anna was still behaving for the moment but she wasn't really happy about it which she made obvious as she slouched in the seat of the car when he ushered her inside. "Where are we going?" She asked again, wanting to know where they were going to hunt for their food tonight, though she still didn't feel too happy about that. "You're...you'll stop me this time right?" She asked, looking up at him with a slightly haunted look in her eyes since that man she'd killed the night before bothered her more than a little and she didn't want to keep killing people now that she knew it was possible to feed without hurting anyone. She was hoping that he was going to keep that from happening and that he would put that order back on her or something so she wouldn't be able to kill anyone without his permission or something else like that to keep people safe from her. After he answered if he were going to she propped her feet up on the dashboard and slouched further in her seat with a bored sigh. "So what else can we do?" She asked, wanting to know some of the abilities that they had or that she could learn with some practice just because she was bored and had nothing else to talk to him about so she was broaching the topic to give them something to talk about for the moment.

"We're heading to a place where we can feed in peace, I am known there and I know it is safe." Mikhail informed Anna when asked about their destination but wasn't more specific about it just yet. As she then asked if he was going to stop her he had to look at her for a moment as they waited by the traffic lights and nodded then "Yes I will. Regrettably I was a moment too late and underestimated your hunger and urges last night, child." He felt annoyed still with himself and perhaps a little with her as well but he couldn't really blame her for it, it was his job to teach her how to control that and how to feed without murdering anyone. He had gotten rid of the body properly enough, but if that continued to happen it would become a real problem for them both. "It will not happen again, I will teach you how to feed properly." he added to it then and looked back in front of him as the light sprung to green. Ending up near their first destination he glanced sideways to Anna when she slouched and propped her feed up on the dashboard. "Sit up properly child, that is unbecoming of a young lady." he lightly scolded her then paused before saying "What is it that you are aiming at with that question, abilities or what else we can do as in actions.. places to go?" Wanting to make sure which it was before he'd answer her even if he had a fair idea what it was she wanted to know, he just was ocd about it.

Anna perked up when he said that they were going somewhere safe to feed, glad to hear that and hoping that he would be able to keep people safe from her this time since she really dind't want to kill anyone anymore. She asked him if he was going to make sure and nodded when he told her that he was, picking up on the annoyance in his voice and that got a slight hiss out of her though that was more because she couldn't control it yet than because she was being aggressive. "It's not my fault" She protested, upest that he sounded annoyed with her for something she hadn't been able to control. When he assured her that he would teach her to feed properly she nodded and then slouched in her seat and put her feet up on the dashboard and she glared at him when he scolded her. "Stop micromanaging me! I"m not even doing anything, leave me alone" She told him, defiantly slouching further in her seat which also happened to lift her butt off of it since she was sitting on her tailbone now rather than her bum but she wasnt' aware she'd left him a target or she probably woudln't have done it and thanks to the position she was in the skirt had slid up her thighs so it was barely covering her privates now and not covering her bottom at all. After that she asked him what they could do and rolled her eyes when he asked for clarification since she thought that she'd been very clear on her intent for that question. "Abilities" She confirmed, looking over at him expectantly as she waited to see what he would say and was actually showing curiosity for what she could now do.

Mikhail hadn't intended to sound annoyed or upset with her over killing someone, but it was clear that he was nonetheless. "I am aware. It is mine." he added when she said that it wasn't her fault, as it in face was his fault as he maker. Had the authority figures in the vampire hierarchy known then he would be reprimanded to say the least. He was a respected member of the vampire society however and had a good standing with some important people, so he wasn't all that worried about it. When he told her to stop slouching he was more than cross with her when she instead chose to disregard his wishes and slouch even more. To which he took the liberty to swat her exposed butt. "Do not raise your voice at me, nor dare to disobey. Do I need to remind you what that gets you child?" he lectured her and looked back in front of him with a clear annoyed glare.

When having an answer to his question he answered hers "For one, flying. But that is not until you are of age, as I already said. We have our speed and strength, our healing and going without oxygen. Our smell, taste, touch, sight and hearing. Being able to turn others into vampires as well. And then there is the maker perks. And empathy with one's childe. As well as summoning them and sensing their location. But of course there is glamouring people as well, a personal favorite."

She was startled when he took the blame for her killing someone the day before, looking over at him with wide eyes as she gaped at the man for a few seconds before able to control himself. "Okay then" She said, not sure how to react to him agreeing that it wasn't her fault since she'd thought he was scolding her for it and now apparently that wasn't the case. After that she slouched down and snapped at him to leave her alone when he told her to sit back up and then yelped when he swatted her bottom and lectured her, her hand flying down to rub her bottom but she was sort of annoyed at that point so she growled at him and shook her head, "You're being a total prick, I'm not even doing anything why cant you just leave me the hell alone?" She asked, and in a temper stomped her foot against the dashboard in irritation but of course she didn't know her own strength anymore and what she just meant to be a loud thump actually caused her leg to go right through the dashboard, causing her to yelp in surprise and yank it back, able to see the inside of the engine now and she was startled to see that her leg wasn't even scratched. She quickly sat up straight hten, glancing nervously over at him as she scooted against the door to put a bit more space between the two of them. "That was an accident" She said quickly, hoping he wouldn't get angry with her for it even though it had only happened because of her mini tantrum.

A little after that they started talking about the vampire abilities that she had and she listened to him as he outlined them, sort of expecting some of them from the old stories of vampires that she heard as a kid. "What's summoning, and glamouring?" She asked, wanting to know what would happen to her if he summoned her and what glamouring people was, particularly interested in that second one because he said it was a favorite and it was something she could actually do she was guessing since he hadn't said that she couldn't the way he had with flying.
