With all of the out of control action going on around the village lately, Lady Tsunade had little time to punish certain genin that acted up. It was on a warm summers day that Lady Tsunade handed 2 red slips to 1 Uzumaki Naruto and Inuzuka Kiba and sent them on their way.

Naruto: "Hey Kiba, looks like your in for a trip to the machine as well huh?"
Kiba: "Yeah I got a punishment slip as well, oh well at least we are getting it together right?"

The machine dinged. ''Severity Increased. Enter Machine in 5 seconds or Severity will be increased significantly!'' The machine warned loudly as the door opened. Inside was 2 sets foot prints for each boy to stand on. Also on the inside were multiple camera's facing them.

Both boys quickly took off their boxers and stood at the assigned foot prints they nervously joked with each other.

Naruto: "Ha I told you my dick was bigger!" Naruto nervously jeered
Kiba "That's the extra skin you have hanging on it, I'm circumcised you baka!"

''Severity increased for swearing.'' The machine said as leather cuffs connected to their ankles and wrists and held them in the air in the 'diaper' postion with their legs spread. ''Computing Punishment....'' The machine hummed until it dinged. ''Mouth soaping initiated.'' A bar of soap was lowered to each boy's mouth's before waiting for them to open. If they refused or didnt pen in 3 seconds it would increase the severity of the punishment.

The two boys opened their mouths and blushes as the current position they were in caused their cheeks to be yanked open and their balls to hang down.

The machine cleaned out their mouth's, getting the disgusting taste fully in there. The soap was removed and two tawse's were lowered on either side of each boy's butts. ''65 swats with the tawse on the cheeks and sitspots.''

The machine whirled and the left tawse on both boy's whipped foreward and bit into their left buttcheeks. The the right tawse whipped foreward and struck them on their right buttcheeks.

Back and forth the tawse snapped foreward leaving a bright red mark on their asses.

Naruto and Kiba winced as the Tawse bit into their ass cheeks

Naruto: "Urgh my butt cheeks OWWW!"
Kiba: "YEOOW, Christ that hurts!"

The machine counted down the swats silently threw a tv screen. The tawse whipped across the full surface of Kiba's and Naruto's ass cheeks, turning them bright red and welted. And they still had 20 more whips to go!
