Jessica looked over as the car stopped, immediately jumping to the worst case scenario she was thinking it was some perv that was going to nab her or something. With that in mind she took a few steps back, but then she saw her uncle and relaxed. She wasn't afraid of him, even after the talk that they'd had earlier. It was a bit of a surprise when he came over and hugged her though, she'd expected more lecturing but after a moment she wrapped her arms around him too. "Why are you hugging me?" She asked, not understanding how freaked out he'd been but if he told her she would feel bad. It hadn't been her intention to scare him, she'd just wanted to clear her head and she didn't want him to stop her so she'd opted to sneak out the window.

Her Uncle let go of her and looked her over to make sure she wasn't hurt. He sighed in relief for that wasn't. He looked at her and answers her question. "Because you worried me greatly pulling that stunt of yours. I get you're upset, but that's no reason to up and leave the house unannounced! You could've gotten hurt and kidnapped or something! Don't you ever do this again! You let me know if your leaving, darn It!"he scolded. He started to sniffle and hugged his Niece again. "Please don't worry me like this again. I can't lose you too,"he sniffled. That's why he was acting like this, after losing his sister and his mother a few years back, Jessica was the only family he had left. If something had happened to her, he wouldn't know what to do anymore. That's why he's starting to be more strict, why he has to punish her. Cause he loves her and wants to keep her safe or at least know she is everytime she leaves the house for school or to go with friends.

Jess was confused but she just hugged her uncle back and then stood still as he looked her over for injuries. She sort of thought he was over reacting but she didn't say anything about that just yet. Instead she listened as he explained why he was so upset and she fidgeted guiltily when he scolded her. "Sorry, I didn't mean to" She said, not really sure what else she could say and once again wrapped her arms around him when he hugged her a second time. This time she could hear him sniffling and she felt like a jerk for scaring him. "Nothing was going to happen Uncle Darren, I just needed some air" She said in her own defense, but she could understand why he was upset. She wasn't the only one that lost family in that car crash after all. After that they got into the car and drove home, Jess keeping quiet but there was a small part of her that was worried he was going to be mad when they got home. And by 'mad' she was thinking he was going to try and do what he'd threatened earlier.

Her Uncle took his time trying to calm himself down. He had no need to worry anymore. His niece was safe and sound. The car ride home was silent and the look on his face showed that he was not amused to his Niece's actions. "Jessica, when we get home..."He hesitated for second, before shaking it off and saying sternly,"I want you in your room, your pants off and sitting on the bed." He had to punish her for this, and she knew it too. She had this coming for while now. He was going to show her why this attitude of hers had to change. So she wouldn't make decisions like this again and have him worried sick about her. Once they got home, the two enter the house and he orders her upstairs and left no room for argument and protest. He had to calm himself down before this punishment starts.

Jessica tried not to draw attention to herself on the ride home, she could tell just looking at her uncle that he was not happy with her right now so she didn't want to break the uneasy silence. Unfortunately for her, Darren ended up doing it himself. Though when she heard what he had to say she just stared at him with that 'deer in headlights' look for a second then shook her head. "I'm not doing that, you can't hit me it's against the law" She protested, though there was a slight note of fear in her voice. She wasn't arguing just to be a brat this time, she was scared of what he intended on doing. Mostly because she had never been spanked before, so it was a scary thought, not because she was actually afraid of her uncle. When they got home she gave him a 'look' again when he told her to go upstairs but she did actually listen. Mostly because she didn't see another option. Once in her room she was planning on locking him out but then she saw he'd already taken a screwdriver to the doorknob so that wasn't an option. Jess wasn't really sure what to do so sat on the bed, leaning against her headboard and pulled her knees up to her chest, nibbling at her lower lip and seriously considered calling the cops.

Her Uncle watched as she went upstairs. He walked and sat on the couch to mentally prepare himself for this. He was going yo spank his Niece. He knew she only said those things because she was scared of getting spanked and this one her first time getting one. A severe one at that. It's a corporal punishment, so he shouldn't get in trouble with cops even if she calls them. He'd never abuse her or hurt her to a certain extent. Darren would never do that to her or anyone, he is not crazy or sick in the head. He only wants to do what he feels is best for both him and her. So this should help them both progress to overcome it. After about five minutes, Darren heads up to his niece's room and walks inside to see her on the bed, her pants still on, she looked a bit scared seeing as how she was curled up. He sighed and sat on the bed next to her. "This is hard for me to do Jessica, but I hope and want you to know that I'm only doing this cause I love you. Never to hurt you out of negativity, you understand?"He said.

Jessica didn't realize that this sort of thing was legal, and therefore her uncle wouldn't get in trouble even if she did call the cops. All she knew was that he was planning on hitting her, and she didn't want that to happen. After curling up on her bed she pulled her phone out of her pocket and was about to dial 911 but something held her back. She didn't actually want to get her uncle into trouble, but she was scared of what he was planning on doing. So she was pretty conflicted. In the end her desire not to cause legal trouble for her uncle won out and she ended up just holding her phone, wishing she had the guts to call and save herself from what Darren was planning.

Of course it wasn't going to be that bad, her uncle wasn't going to abuse her, but she didn't know what to expect so that made her dramatic. It felt like forever before she heard her uncles footsteps on the stairs and she tensed when he came into the room. She tried not to look scared, but there was a little bit of fear in her eyes as he crossed the room and took a seat on the bed. "Then don't do it. You don't have to" She countered immediately when he told her it was hard, shaking her head when he asked if she understood. She did get what he was saying, but that didn't mean she understood why he felt he had to do it. As far as she was concerned he should just ground her or take her phone away like the other times she'd gotten into trouble. It's what her mom would have done.

Darren chuckled a little at her counter, but it dropped and her turned back to being serious. "Of course I have to Jess. You know you deserve some form of punishment, but what you think you deserve is not your decision to make. As your legal guardian, it's part of my job to decide what you deserve and issue out your punishment. After the calls from school to you up and sneaking out the house. This is suitable to your offenses and absolutely necessary. Just grounding you and taking you phone wouldn't be enough for you anymore. You've taken that as an easy sentence in contrast to what you really deserve. A spanked bottom for a naughty girl. Which is what I intend to do,"he said. Gently grabbing her wrist and takes her phone and puts it on the dresser beside the bed and then pulls her over his lap and held her there.

She sort of glared at him when he chuckled, not finding anything in this situation amusing in the least. She forgot about her indignation when he told her that he had to do it and the rest, that getting a sort of frantic head shake from the teen. "You do not, Mom never would have hit me" She argued, still using the word hit instead of spank since it was less embarrassing. The way he went on to explain that she deserved it and the rest made her blush, though it was mostly the 'naughty girl' bit that embarrassed her. "Quit talking about me like I'm six. I'm too old for this!" She protested, shaking her head when he gripped her wrist and she struggled when he tugged her closer to him and took her phone away. "No! Don't!" She protested, her voice raising but it wasn't intentional on her part she was just freaking out a bit. Despite her struggling she ended up draped over his lap and at that point she started to really fight, squirming, kicking and pushing at him with her hands to try and get away from him.

Darren held her over his lap with ease, he was physically stronger than her, his Sister, and his mother. He was the strongest in the family, his mother right there next to him cause unlike his Sister, they were both fighters when they were young. So they had always trained their bodies. So his Neice's efforts to get away were nothing more than just a waste of time and energy. "I'm sorry Jessica, but you earned this."He said, as he delivered the first stinging spank to her clothed bottom.
