I understand that the forum is still in production Just as I said I have some free time to try a few things. If the following is intended that way no problem- your site your rules. Just the thing is uploaded images do not show until they have received the stamp of approval from the now and future admins.
If this is by design you may want to post a note about it so 1. People do not upload the same stuff 5-10 times in a row thinking there is a mistake and 2.Give the members some frame of reference of how fast the approval may be granted. Not now, the site is not to be lunched until the 6th but for the future.
Some thing to the tone of: " We are trying to avoid the other type of CP (child porn) so new posts have to be evaluated before they become visible in the gallery. As such there may be 24-48 hour delay (hey admin have life too) before somebody can go over and approve your post. As usual if you feel that a picture does not belong do not hesitate to report it. "

I noticed that there is no verification for age of members. That is very generous of you, may be dangerously so. AOTK had unspoken understanding that some users were under the age of majority, but at least there was a clause in the rules (I think) that you are an adult when you sign up for an account.
You may want to consider adding something like that just to have a plausible deniability for providing a minor with porn. As you probably know some countries definition of what constitutes porn includes non realistic picture. Just a thought.

All is fixed now.

I'm going to check the CA & US law regarding 18+ sites. I don't want to lock the forum down from the public for popularity reasons but not getting arrested and going to jail is somewhat of an important event I'd like to avoid.

And yes, there will be always the youth lurking around, but I will be quick to ban if I can prove it or they admit it.

Well, I have fixed this issue. I checked the laws and you only need to have a disclaimer on the front page to stay legal.
I have one in place now. You can see it if you want for fun(but Its not that exciting).
