It was a cold rainy evening as Takashi Kusanagi (25) made his way back to his apartment. He wore a black trench coat with matching pants and grey undershirt. He used a black umbrella to keep himself dry in the torrential downpour. He was about to pass an alley when something within caught his eye followed by faint noises, he ventures in and sees a box. He moves close to get a good look at what was inside.

If one were to look closely inside the box, they would see a sleeping cute little female kitten who appeared to be around the age of 3 - 5 years old. The furry creature wore a diaper with a red bow tied around her tail. There was also a blue collar around her neck as well.

He smiles at the cute little kitten girl he kneels down holding the umbrella over her. He reached in and gently pets the little cutie. "Awe... what's a cute little kitten like you doing in a dank place like this...?" he asks himself since the girl was asleep.

The sleeping kitten would only reply with a cute sneeze. She appeared to have been out here for quite some time. If she were to remain outside in the cold rain any longer, she'd likely get a cold or worse... "..."

Feeling that the little kitty girl was very cold and sneezing he realizes that she was going to get sick if she stayed out here in this awfull weather. "You poor little girl... hang on I'll get you warm..." he carefully scoops her up in one arm then hurries home to his apartment. Fortunately, he didn't have further to go. His apartment complex was just a block away. He rushes up the stairs to the fifth floor and hurries into his apartment. Her pull-ups she was wearing were wet and soggy so he first removed those, leaving her completely naked. However he quickly wraps her in a heating blanket then hugged her close till the blanket warmed up. He then layed her down on the couch and just watched her. He hopes that she'll be alright and wakes up soon.

Within an hour the kitty began to awaken, her eyes slowly opening to find herself inside a building and no longer outside. She would look around from where she lied before laying her eyes on a man who appeared to be around the age of 25. "H-huh?"

He had his eyes off her at the moment, watching TV, but he hears her utter something that gets his attention immediately. "Hey you're awake. Don't be afraid I'm not going to hurt you I promise..." he assures her, reaching his hand out to rub between her ears. "I found you in a box in an alley in the rain... you poor little kitten. Do you have a name?"

"Its....uh, Gabby..." The kitten said before scooting over away from the man, not allowing him to lay a hand on her. Despite the man's kind words and friendlyness, she still didn't trust him.

Expecting the distrust from her, he gets up and goes into the kitchen. He comes back with a little plate of sardines. "Are you hungry? Here these are all yours, eat up." he offered.

Gabby hesitated on the offer for a short moment before reaching over to quickly swipe the little plate to make sure he wasn't tricking her. From there, she began to the sardines.
