Frigga sighed. Loki was already acting like a child even though he hasn’t been rejuvenated yet. She knew she had chosen the right punishment for him.

«Loki, you will face the consequences of your actions. We are doing this because we love you,» she said as he was taken struggling out of the throne room.

Loki ignore her words and continued to try and fight his way out of this, but that didn’t help much. Eventually he was taken to the healers where the rejuvenation process would begin, and he was already grumbling to himself. This couldn’t possible be real.

As Odin began receiving the usual petitioners, the queen spent some time in the throne room, talking with a courtier who was recording Loki’s sentence in a book.

«. . . Yes, essentially I’ll punish him like when he really was a small child, although the punishments will be more severe to fit his crimes. . .»

She then left and started to make her way to the nursery.

For Loki’s part, he’d been restrained to a chair to help the process go by easier. The rejuvenation would take a while to complete, so he’d also be put to sleep eventually to make sure he didn’t fight back during the entire thing.

When Frigga finally arrived Loki’s transformation would be in the middle of being complete.

It gave Frigga no joy to punish Loki for six years (at least!).

However, when she saw a sleeping Loki who looked to be about twelve-Asgardian-years-old, she had to admit that she felt some happiness at the thought of parenting her little boy again.

Once the process was complete and Loki had become an adorably cute six years old, she removed his adult clothes and dressed him in a simple green shirt and green pants.

She then carried the sleeping boy to the nursery, that he and Thor had shared when they were small. She placed Loki gently on a sofa. He would wake up any moment now.

Loki didn’t know when he had fallen asleep, or even how long he had been asleep, but all he knew is that when he woke up he was inside of a familiar room. The former god, now child, yawned and rubbed his eyes before blinking as he looked down at his tiny fist.

No, no! This couldn’t be possible, his parents hadn’t been joking and now he was reverted back to a mere child. Loki wanted to demand answers and quickly jumped off of the couch, not noticing Frigga was there with him.

«How cute you are,» Frigga couldn’t help but say. She picked up Loki before he could run off and placed him on the couch next to her. «These will be your chambers again and Mother will take good care of you.» The nursery was next to her own chambers.

And then, her voice became stern.

«You are in this situation because you have acted like a very naughty child, Loki Odinson. This is exactly what you deserve.» She placed Loki over her lap, like she did sometimes so many years ago.

“I am not cute, release me at once mother,” Loki demanded, though he was taken aback by his own voice. He’d been older for so long he’d forgotten how he had sounded as a child. He hated it. It wasn’t threatening nor did it invoke power and demand respect like his normal voice did.

The moment the boy was placed over his mother’s lap, a position he’d thought he’d never find himself in again, he began thrashing about to try and get away from her. “Mother stop this at once! And turn me back, I am not a child!”

The Allmother held her son firmly and ignored his words.

She raised her hand high and brought down her palm on the little god’s behind with a loud smack.

«This is what you get for all your mischief,» she scolded as she spanked him again. «Naughty little princes who betray Asgard (Smack!) and attack the Nine Realms (Smack!) get many, many, many good spankings (Smack!).»

The moment he felt that familiar sting to his bottom, Loki began protesting and brought his hand back to protect his rear, like he’d done all those years ago.

“Ouch! Mother stop this,” he demanded, upset that he wasn’t able to handle the sting well in this new body of his. At every swat his legs would kick and he’d squirm across her lap.
