Looking for name of movie or series
A man spanks his older teenage son. Takes him over the knee, bare bottom, spanks him while the son just lays there looking unhappy. Then afterwards the son locks himself in his room and the mother says something to the father like "well you did spank him even though he's 17/16".
Wasn't an anime; was with actors. It was either a movie or a series and it was in English, probably 80s to recent, and the clip of this scene was on YouTube at some point but I don't remember the name so I'm wondering if by chance anyone here might know it based off the description >>;
