"I don't think that the humans really want to listen to me, as per usual." The Doctor answered, dropping his shoulders as he sighed heavily, "Maybe if showed them that the insects could be a perk rather than a problem," he thought and then smiled happily, "We'll show them that they just want to live peacefully." he said and then turned to the Millipeed, "Gather all of your race and then follow me!" he yelled ecstatic of the idea of stopping a war.

Rory smiled and nodded, "Actually that might work."

Ashleigh picked herself up and pressed the same buttons she had before to cause the TARDIS to stop. She straightened her clothes off and ran over to the doors. She took a deep breath and then opened them. "Wow..." she breathed, tears coming to her eyes at the sight that greeted her. So this was what space looked like. It was absolutely gorgeous, the best thing she had ever seen. She stood for at least ten minutes, before shutting the doors. "Thank you for letting me come here," she said to the TARDIS.

Some of the Milliepeed were sceptical, should they really listen to this mad man? Nonetheless, after some persuasion from the ones that were totally confident aboout the Doctor, they all followed him.

"Doctor, are... you sure this is a good idea?" Amy asked as she walked alongside him. "What if they're killed on sight?"

The Doctor turned his expression dark but also sardonic as he looked to Amy and gave his reply, "Then they will have me to answer to," he stated in a low tone of voice that left no room for debate or argument. "I know you're both skeptical about my plan and I have to admit I'm not 100% confident either, but I have got to try." he told Amy and Rory, putting an arm around the both of them.

The tall Time Lord lead the insects through the grass and into the clearing where he saw the aged man with a few others who were holding guns. The Doctor glowered at them, holding a hand back to the insects signalling for them not to go any further. "Alright, don't shoot." The Doctor stated, holding his hands to the level of his chest in a pose of surrender. "Hear me out." he walked ahead and took a deep breath, straightening his posture before speaking. "You all need to stop this war, it's unneeded and a waste of time!" he explained.

"The Insects are peaceful, they haven't killed us have they!?" Rory added, stepping forwards a little, "They were just attacking in self defense!"

Amy bit her lip, hoping the most she could that the Doctor's plan would work. She didn't want to see the poor things killed instantly; some of there were children.

"They're trouble and they need to be rid of!" One human shouted. "They were fine when they weren't out in the open, we could stand them then. We used to get a lot of tourists here, marvelling at how beautiful the planet is. But then the insects got all confident and thought that they could suddenly stop living underground."

Another human began to speak up, a young woman. "But ever since the insects came up from under, the tourists stopping coming. They didn't want to see things that could potentially coming. We've lost so much of our money, we're nearly in debt! Can't you see why we need to kill them? We tried forcing them back under but they wouldn't listen to us. So I'm afraid this is our only option."

"But this is the insects home planet." The Doctor answered, listening to the human's side of the story and thinking it over in his crammed mind. "Forcing them underground is not going to solve anything and it will just make the insects angry and confused." he explained, "What about having the insects as main attractions to this beautiful planet?" he asked softly, "Where there is absoloute cohesion between both races, something to harmnize over and treasure forever, you can all share the beauty of this rare planet but you need to work at it..." he explained as if trying to sort out an argument between two children.

Some of the humans thought this over, sharing looks with each other. Then, sighing, one of them stepped forward, the young woman. "If the insects promise not to attack or hurt any of the tourists, then we shall co-exist with them in peace. That's our promise."

Amy folded her arms over, waiting for the Doctor's reaction. "What about that, Doctor? What do you say to that?"

The Doctor smiled at the compromise and turned round to translate it for the insects who agreed, The Doctor then translated their answer to the humans. "They say that they will be fine with that, so long as you don't force them underground anymore." he stated and then sighed in relief, "Finally a war has been averted!" he cheered and punched the air happily.

Rory smiled, "So can we go now Doctor?"

"That we can Rory." The Doctor grinned, feeling on top of the world right now.

Amy grinned, linking her arm in the Doctor's. "Great, because I'm getting pretty worried about Ashleigh right now." The trio went back to where the TARDIS had been parked... and froze. "Okay, where did the TARDIS go?"

Ashleigh rushed around the TARDIS console, trying to remember the coordinates for that insect planet. "Come on, help me out here!" she said in desperation. "The Doctor will kill me if he finds out about this! He'll think I tried to steal you or something!"

The Doctor's rare relaxed expression turned sour. "She stole the TARDIS, she's been trying to con me all this time." he stated darkly and feeling very hurt, "I mean I can understand her being mad at me...but this is a bit extreme." he sighed and pulled out his sonic screwdriver, targeting the TARDIS and sending it back to the planet they stood on, "She is in so much trouble." he stated even more darkly.

Ashleigh fell down again as the TARDIS landed, hitting her head on the console. She stayed on the floor, rubbing at her head. "Ow," she winced. Then the TARDIS doors opened and Amy ran right in.

"Ashleigh, are you all right?" Amy questioned her, kneeling down by the girl. "What happened?"

Ashleigh shrugged. "I just wanted to see if I could fly the TARDIS. And I can, isn't that great, Amy?"
