What would you like as the setting?
1) Lifeguard: Ryan's swimming in restricted area causes him to get spanked.
2) Halloween party: Ryan and the other character are friends/a couple during Halloween, and he finds reasons to spank Ryan multiple times throughout the night. Perhaps he is captured and spanked by an actor at a haunted house; or maybe they get in a playful fight, and the boy escalates by spanking Ryan
3) Roleplaying: Ryan and the other boy are LARPing; him as a knight and Ryan as his inexperienced young squire. They get really into it and he spanks Ryan as part of their characters.
4) Sleepover: Ryan stays at the guy's house for a night but has to follow his rules; he deliberately puts himself under the guy's control so he can be a sub.
