Aria saw the spell snake in the air and arch toward one of the points in the shield that was weak. This time she was ready for it. quickly she gathered energy from the rest of the barrier and filled in the weak point. The spell glanced off the shield and dissipated behind her.

Olivia smiled as the spell didn’t affect Aria in the slightest and gave her a thumbs up. “Good job, seems I’m still an excellent teacher after all,” Olivia grinned before walking over to her, ruffling her hair. “And you are an excellent pupil.”

Aria, let the energy of the shield dissipate and lopped down sitting and leaning slightly back on her hands. She was young and though she had learned to use the wand faster than most it also meant she hadn't built up the physical and mental stamina most people gain through learning to us it. She felt tired and almost worn out. It was nothing a bit of rest wouldn't cure, but it still had taken it's toll. When Olivia complemented her and ruffled her hair she couldn't help but give a small giggle and smile.

Olivia was able to see how tired the girl was even without magic. Well that made sense given it was clear this had been the first time she had picked up a wand, so she would allow her to rest for some time before their training began. “Oh, so she can giggle like any other girl her age,” Olivia teased and helped her pupil up. “Come on sunshine, let’s get you to bed for now, we can continue later..

Aria nodded and leaned on Olivia as they made their way back to the house. "Can I have a bath first?" She asked. The effort of casting the spell had left her quite sweaty and she didn't want to take a nap like that.
