aria nodded and it took a little while before she even felt able to get up. She made her way to her bedroom and found the clothes slipping them on. When she came back out she almost looked like a school girl. A simple shirt and a skirt that came down to her knees. The only thing that was out of place were her boots. Obviously made for a man and to large for her as well they stuck out among her other new clothes.

Olivia got dressed as well and put on a dark green shirt that had roof designs etched around the sleeves and a pair of pants that were enchanted to make the wearer of them appear less intimidating than they really were. Once she was dressed she left her room and smiled as she saw Aria. “Well don’t you look as cute as a button,” she said before looking down at the girl’s boots. “Oh, dear we’re going to need to find a different pair for you to wear. These boots won’t do.”

Aria looked down and held the skirt up a bit between two fingers. She had a little frown on her face and was about protest having to wear the skirt instead of her old pants, but when Olivia suggested that she get rid of her boots she took a step back. "No way...." she said taking another step back her face showing her determination at resisting the idea.

Olivia was shocked when she refused to take off the boots and she stepped closer to the girl. “Aria, I won’t ask again. Take of those boots right now. They’re clearly not made for you, just look, your feet can hardly even fill them.” And her statement was proven true as when Aria took a step back, her foot slipped out of the boots and she had to step back into them. “Just hand them over to me.”

Aria shook her head and quickly manipulated the excess magic in the air to block any spell that might entrap her and allow Olivia to take her boots away. It wasn't perfect and if the mage really wanted to she could force past the block, but she was rushed and distracted as Olivia came closer her tone strict. It didn't matter though the girl wasn't about to give up her boots, no matter what.

Olivia really wanted to know why she was so attached to a pair of boots that didn’t fit her anyway. It didn’t really make any sense and neither did blocking her out with a half constructed magical block. The mage was losing some of her patience and she continued walking towards the girl. She could always just push last or even eliminate the block but that would require more energy than just taking hold of Aria would.

“Aria, remove those boots from your feet. Now!” she demanded while she backed her to a wall.

Aria continued to back away. Until, that is, her back hit the wall. She looked around for an escape route, but the only way to get away was through the mage. Her eyes widened at the tone Olivia had taken, it struck a nerve. Some half forgotten instinct from when her parents had still been alive. Her parents.... she blinked, "no!" She shouted and tried to push past the woman to make a break for her bedroom.

Once the teen had tried to get past her she would find her ear being taken a hold of and pulled. “Little girl, you do not tell me no,” she scolded while dragging her in the direction of her own bedroom. “And you don’t shout at me either. I was trying to be nice and have you hand them over willingly but it seems you’ll need some convincing.” Once inside of Olivia’s room she would close the door and enchant it so that if anyone besides her tried to open it they’d be given a nasty shock.

“What’s so special about those boots anyway?” Olivia questioned after finally releasing her ear, starting to look around for something on her dresser.

Aria gave a little squeal as Olivia took hold of her ear, her hands gripping the woman's wrist to try to relive the pressure as she was dragged into Olivia's bedroom. The hastily spell she had constructed falling apart as her concentration shifted to the pain in her ear. When she was let go her hand started to rub her ear. She had no way out, she could see the spell on the door. A shimmering light yellow fog told her it would not be a good idea to touch it. She pouted for a minute or two after Olivia asked her the question, staying silent. But with no where to go she looked at the ground and mumbled, "they were my dad's Ok.... They are all I have left..."

Olivia’s tone softened when she was told that the boots had belonged to the girl’s father but she was still firm. “Oh, I’m sorry dear for trying to take them from you then, but that doesn’t excuse your behavior. I won’t get rid of them and you can keep them but you can no longer wear them. They’re too big for you and won’t help much if you had to run to get something,” she stated firmly, alluding to the fact that the girl would be doing errands for her later that day.
