The man I call Father - Loki/Jade

Sarek's eyes widened in alarm and he looked to his son, "Very well, but not alone, you must have a landing party with you." he said firmly before heading onto the bridge to be at Captain George Kirk's side. He was worried for his son, not sure if this was the safest idea he'd had in a while. "Are you...comfortable with the fact knowing your son is going to land on Achrilorphos?" he asked, eyes reflecting worry. "I am worried for Spock..."

Jim nodded his head, hurrying down with Spock to the shuttle bay, and nodding again when he heard what Spock said. "Yeah, good point." he answered and sort of faltered when his Dad was brought up, somehow he couldn't see this sitting well with his Father, but what choice did he have. Jim quickly boarded with Spock and watched him set the coordinates. "Spock...I'm really sorry...about back on the bridge." he informed, taking a seat but wincing as he did so.

Uhura looked to the Captain and nodded her head, "Yes Captain." she then patched through a transmission to the enemy ship.

George whipped around, eyes wide before he spoke. "My son went where?" He asked, before snarling softly. "Did they take a landing party with them?" George asked, looking over to Sulu in worry.

"Negative Captain. There are only two life forms above that vessel." Sulu said, eyes creased with worry for his friends.

George was now extremely worried for the son he had just gotten back, wanting to chase after them but he had to remain in command right now. "On screen Uhura." He ordered, seeing the captain of the other ship. "Why have you declared war on us? We are in Federation Space." George questioned, phasers and torpedos armed and ready.

Spock hoped his own father was not too angry, but there was no time to get a landing party together. And it meant a higher chance someone would be killed when they landed. He hid his wince when he sat down, sighing softly. "It is alright Jim, I too acted in a manner that was unbefitting of a Vulcan." Spock admitted, before actually apologizing to Jim. "I am sorry for my actions." He said, before seeing the planet come into view. "Brace yourself, this may be a rough landing."

Sarek frowned when Sulu confirmed that his son and Jim had not taken a landing party, and he recalled that being a direct order. But he was too worried about Spock to be angry with him. "The shuttles shall be unstable within the gravity field of the planet...their landing may prove severe...Captain." he said to George, worry evident in his eyes.

The Captain, who was definitely alien, laughed and began speaking in his own language. It was not a humanoid alien, but actually resembled more of....a Rhino? A Rhino with a human body and a suit of armor. "Humans are in-superior compared to the Judoon." he snarled, voice deep and rasping

"It's okay Spock." Jim answered, noting Spock also had discomfort while sitting and he recalled seeing Spock's Father....oh. He bit his lip, feeling bad for him before then frowning. "Just how rough a landing are we-" he was cut off as the shuttle made harsh forced impact with the surface of the planet, Jim blanking out among a pile of broken glass.

George's eyes were filled with worry as he thought about his son making such a hostile landing. He was praying to whomever was listening that his only son would be alright, because George couldn't lose Jim after only having him for a day. "Spock knows what he's doing...I have faith in those two." He said softly, before looking to the screen.

"That's not a reason to declare war on us. You are trespassing into Federation Space, and there will be more ships along momentarily. I suggest you leave now before your vessel is destroyed." George said, sending out a distress signal for all the ships in the vicinity to come to their aid.

Spock hoped Jim hadn't noticed his difficulty sitting, but his mind soon moved to piloting the shuttle effectively. He tried his best, but the shuttle landed hard and sending them both sprawling to the ground. Spock groaned, sitting up before seeing Jim. "James?" He asked softly, before heaving the man over his shoulder and beginning to walk towards the array, phaser at the ready.

Sarek nodded his head a single time, but while he did know that his son was more than capable of doing something like this, he couldn't help but pine for the only member of his family left. He pictured the small Vulcan child who had come to him asking to take the demons away from his dream - sat in the shuttle, plummeting to injury or death. No, Spock wasn't an infant....but Sarek was still his Father, and he wanted nothing more than his son's safety. "Yes Captain." he answered flatly.

There was silence on the Captain's part and suddenly weapons were charged and the Enterprise took a harsh beating, the shields dropping to only six percent. The firing then stopped when they took out the phasers on the Enterprise. "We want the Vulcan child known as Spock, and the Human child who's name is James T Kirk."

Sarek's eyes widened before then narrowing. "There is no one aboard the Enterprise with those names, your mission is redundant."

Jim coughed, opening his eyes to see himself over the Vulcan's shoulder. "Sp-cough! Spock, it's okay, I'm fine." he informed, sliding down from the Vulcan's shoulder and then holding his phaser at the ready, set to stun since he didn't know if the inhabitants of the planet were hostile or peaceful. "This way." he whispered, leading the way to what looked like a military base.

George believed in both his son and in Spock, having heard excellent things about the slightly young Vulcan commander. He forced his panic down do he could so his job and hopefully get his crew out of this alive, and keep the aliens away from his son. George had only just found his son, and he was not going to let him go so soon. "It'll be alright Sarek...those two may be a bit hot-headed but they'll come through for us." He said, trying to keep his fear from appearing in his voice.

He grunted when the assault began, before mentally trying to do his best to find a way out of this situation. George hoped the Federation vessels arrived soon...they couldn't take much for of this attack. "Spock was demoted and applied for transfer on a Vulcan ship. Jim is not permitted aboard the ship, and he is not on board. Neither is with us anymore." He said, lying easily and convincingly.

Spock sighed, shaking his head before helping Jim stand up on his own two feet. "If you are sure." He said simply, before nodding as he examined the base. "The weak point is than entrance to the west...no set of guards is covering it for a good five minutes every rotation. If my calculations are correct, we could potentially temporarily commandeer those weapons and fire at the enemy ship." Spock mused, seeing the entrance abandoned before nodding. "Come." He whispered, running quickly and quietly to slip inside the base.

Sarek looked to the Captain as he lied and he did nothing, Vulcans could not lie, and so it was best not to say anything for his son's safety. He then glanced to the Judoon Captain on screen as he let loose a rumbling laugh, the screen switched to a video of Spock and Jim on the planet's surface. "This is them, and we shall keep them." he informed, pressing a button which would materialize Spock and Jim onto his ship.

"Spock!" Sarek yelled as he saw his son get beamed onto the ship. Without a word, the protective Father removed his over robes to move more efficiently and then sprinted down to the transporter bay. "Beam me onto that ship." he ordered, eyes ablaze. No one was going to hurt HIS son!

"...Sarek there....there's no power sir...I canae' do it." Scotty informed regrettably.

Sarek clenched his jaw and sprinted back to the bridge in time to see a Judoon holding his son captured. "SPOCK!"

Jim looked over to Spock and nodded his head, "Alright...sounds like a plan." he answered, skirting along behind the Vulcan. He paused a moment, seeing that familiar energy spinning around them. Was the Enterprise beaming them back? (If all power hadn't been shot out of the ship, it could have been) The man looked around wildly as he found himself side by side with Spock on a Judoon war ship.

"DAD!" Jim yelled, running toward the screen when he saw his Father. But a Judoon grabbed hold of him and Spock, restraining them. The one holding Jim gave the young man a sharp blow to the back of his head, making him drop to the floor.

"Surrender. Or they die."

George’s heart sank and his face went pale when he saw his son there on the planet, before shaking his head. “No, please…I beg of you not to do this.” He said softly, before growling at the hopelessness of the situation. George’s mind was whirling as he tried to think of any loophole he could find to get his sons back safely. “What do you want with our sons?” He asked, before watching Sarek run and come back. One of Judoon was holding his only son, and George effectively saw red. He didn’t have the control of a Vulcan, and was getting furious. “Jim! Sulu, is there anything…anything. I don’t care how crazy it is, I want my son and Spock back.” George said, voice gaining heat as he spoke.

“Well Captain…we have barely any power…and I’m not good like Spock is when spotting weaknesses in enemy ships.” Sulu said softly, before seeing someone respond to the distress signal. “More vessels are coming…but…”

Spock thought the plan was going to work, before blinking in surprise when they were beamed up onto a ship. He snarled when he realized they were aboard an enemy ship, struggling when soldiers grabbed him. “Unhand me!” Spock growled, before roaring when one backhanded Jim. “NO!” He snarled, managing to thrash free and releasing pure and utter hell onto the soldiers attempting to grab him once again. Spock grabbed Jim, tossing the man over his shoulder and running like hell for the shuttle bay. “Enterprise! This is Spock, I need you to set torpedoes to armed, and manually fire them from Engineering. Fire towards the arch in the ship, you have one shot.” He said quickly, before continuing to run and eventually reaching the shuttle bay. Spock tossed Jim into one of the shuttles, quickly gaining control and shooting his way out of the bay. He managed to get back into open space, cloaking the shuttle to prevent being teleported once again.

George roared with anger when one of the Judoon hit his son, lunging forward before being restrained by Sulu. “How dare-“ He blinked when he saw Spock loose his mind, which is something he had never seen a Vulcan do. “Sarek! Sarek, I think Spock’s lost his mind!”

Sarek's eyes widened as Jim suffered a blow to the head, and he turned to the side to see one Doctor McCoy's brow furrow in surprise and anger. He turned his attention back to George when the man informed that his son had lost his mind. "Spock..." he whispered, eyes going to the screen, he was proud of his son. "No, he has seen logic." he answered before then sprinting down to the transporter room once more, explaining to Scotty what Spock wanted done, and right away the man sprinted off to do just that. "Please Spock....please son...be well." he pleaded.

All he wanted was to engulf the young Vulcan in his arms, caress his ears, and hold him close, whispering sweet nothings to him. "Spock..."

Jim didn't awake until he was thrown into the shuttle, heaving and coughing up a little blood. His sight was blurred as he looked around, "Sp-...Spock?" he asked, unable to see him and he heard a loud explosion as the torpedoes from the Enterprise were fired at the Judoon war ship, effectively destroying the ship and it's crew. "D-Daddy...." he breathed, wanting to return to the man. He crawled on his hands and knees toward the only figure he could see at the moment. "Spo...Spock...."

Sarek watched unfeeling for those who lost their lives when the ship exploded and instead he looked around when the ships power was back online. Sarek immediately made his way to one of the comms. "Spock! This is your Father, please return yourself and Jim to the Enterprise." he said firmly, but there was a mixture of relief and concern in his tone.

George was horrified when his son was struck, wanting nothing more than to rend the aliens limb from limb for hurting his son. It seemed like every member of the crew that could see the fight felt angry on behalf of his young son. George calmed slightly, seeing as Spock was easily decimating the soldiers aboard the vessel. "He's an amazing fighter." He admired softly, before watching Sarek sprint off yet again to carry on Spock's instructions. George hoped they made it to the shuttle safely, because he couldn't lose his son...and he was fairly sure Sarek would die inside if he lost the young Vulcan commander he loved so very much.

The new captain wanted to hold Jim close and cuddle the child, keeping him safe from anything that could hurt his baby. "Oh Jim...come home to me..."

Spock was doing his best to pilot the shuttle, making sure both of them got out of there alive. He looked over when Jim sat up, nodding. "Yes Jim, we are both-" Spock was cut off by the explosion, before nodding with satisfaction. "We are returning Jim...please hang on and stay awake." He encouraged, doing his best to pilot the shuttle to where he assumed Enterprise was. Spock heaved Jim up into a chair, before the message from his father came through to the shuttle. "Papa...we are coming..." He said softly, flying over to Enterprise and managing to dock the shuttle. Spock landed, practically dragging Jim out of the ship.

He collapsed onto the metal floor, panting before dropping into unconsciousness. George rushed into the shuttle bay, embracing his young son and burying his face in Jim's hair. "Oh god...Jim...my baby."
