The Martial Arts Student

"Um...something with rice? I dunno...its a good basis for pretty much every kind of dish.", the girl said, making a slightly goofy face. She wasn´t really familiar with people taking care of her needs. Most of her time she was the one doing the cooking. "Maybe we can cook something together?", she suggested, sounding almost shy now. But yeah, actually cooking WITH someone might be nice.

Rosie nods her head at the suggestion that Jun made. "Perfect, sounds like a great idea." She said. The idea of cooking together not only sound fun, would be a good way to break the ice between them even more, but also would be a nice start to find out what kind of food palate the girl has which would make cooking for her in the future easier. "Okay then, give me a few more minutes." Rosie said redriven in her search for bed covers and pillows for the girl.

"Okay. Sure. Your kitchen is over there?", Jun asked, not moving from the spot, yet and watching her new teacher make her a comfortable bed. In her head she was thinking about some recipes they could try. The kid was getting somewhat more comfortable around Rosie.

"Yes it is. I'll be right there very soon." Rosie said collecting all she needed to make Jun's bed and give her a soft and comfortable night sleep. She first set the bed sheets down up and made sure it was in place before then doing the the covers for the bed and followed by two pillows for Jun to rest her head on. Once that was done, she then makes her way towards the kitchen, expecting to find Jun there.

"Okay...", she said, more shyly then before. Jun seemed to still have to get used to being in a strangers home. She moved a bit to the kitchen but didn´t quite enter. Watching Rosie from a distance.

After finding Jun some blankets and pillow casings and arranging her bed so it would be more comfortable for her to sleep in, she then followed Jun to the kitchen and the two proceed to have a enjoyable evening cooking something together for both of them to enjoy. After taking a bath each, she then wished each other a good night and went to bed. A few days later, it was shaping up to be another regular day at Rosie's dojo as a number of her students were in attendance today. So much so, that Rosie decided to pair them all up in groups of two, including Jun, thinking this would be a good chance to see how she could interact with others around her age.

Jun was generally enjoying staying with Rosie, but she would have liked to have a more personal training. Being among kids her age and doing normal routines didn´t really help her advance, at least not fast enough in her book. Jun looked at her "enemy", her eyes narrowing. Their was somewhat of a cruel smile on her face, as they bowed. She intended to hurt her "opponent". At least a little. Just to show that training so far had been "for kids".

Jun's opponent however, another girl with short blonde hair and green eyes wearing the exact same gi was a bit offput seeing the smile on Jun's face since it wasn't exactly one that most kids in the dojo had. But nevertheless, she bowed as well preparing herself for what was probably going to be a difficult fight for her and probably a very easy fight for Jun. Meanwhile Rosie was on the side overseeing the whole thing as much as she could. Since from her position she couldn't fully see the smile that Jun had on her face but still raised her arm up once she saw that both of them were ready that then swiftly brought it down signaling for them to start.

Since Rosie failed to stop the catastrophe before it happened, Jun started the fight with a swift kick to her enemies head. She certainly expected her enemy to block or dodge it, but it would gain her the momentum. "This is going to hurt...", she threatened, lowering her voice so it couldn´t be heard by Rosie among all the noise the kids were making during sparring.

Jun's opponent did her best to try and block the kick with her arms however with the momentum on her opponents side, the poor rookie still stumbled back a bit from the attack. Taking a few moments to try and recover, she then tried to go on the offensive aiming a kick.
