Master of the Dragons Hide (For Night Kyle)

“Well. I might have an idea.” Says victor dismounting his horse. “If they see someone like me riding you they might not be so scared. You’ll appear more as a noble stead.”

nightmare thought for a bit, then finally nodded "y-yeah i guess your right, j-just watch out of my spikes when you sit down, and try not to poke me with your armor" nightmare crouched down and looked over to victor ready for him to mount

He climbed onto nightmares back and let him go forward at his own pace. When they entered the city they were stared at but it was less out of fear and more out of Aw at the sight of a knightly lord on top of a black dragon. It was quite the entrance as people stopped and took to the sides of the street to watch.

nightmare walked forward and watched the peoples reaction when he entered the city, to his suprize no one was really afraid! he kept going forward and he got more confidence as he did! he then raised his head high and grinned! he seemed to be getting proud of himself!

He leads him to the the main building at the center of town. There is a group of people at the back center of the hall dressed in all white robes. Two larger groups of people are seated in the stands at either side of the hall. One side is dressed in red while the other is dressed in blue. Victor then dismounts and comes forward. “So the lord of Vardenfeld has come at last.” Says the Center figure of the group in white. “And it appears that you have brought an object of intimidation. Clever.” He says looking to nightmare.

nightmare keeps his posture as they head inside the large building, and he looks at all the people and grunts, nightmare tries to seem tall after victor dismounts him, and he watches the center figure and he tries to look intimately, he watches as the leader speaks of him, and he lets out a slight growl trying to seem very strong!

“The dragon is my new squire. He is with me to learn the art of diplomacy currently.” Says victor as he puts his hand against nightmares head to calm him down. “Now then since the neutral party is here I believe we can start with the hearing.” Two servants come up and drape a black robe over victor indicating his neutrality, and proceeds to take a seat between the crowds. He waves his hand to indicate to nightmare to take a seat next to him.

nightmare growled a little as victor put his hand on him, he felt like victor was trying to push down his proud moment! then as he watched the two servants wrap the cloak around him he got a little more angry!! "why dont i get a cloak??" he asked victor!

“Nightmare!” Scolded Victor. “Keep control of your behavior. You are being quite rude right now.” He said in a threatening tone.
A servant then spoke up. “I’m sorry but we do not have a robe or gown that would fit you.” They said.

nightmare was a little suprized at the sudden threating tone from victor, and he growled a little quieter, nightmare then gave the servant a bit of a threating look, it was obvious he was annoyed
