Alakai watched the older mage swat the cocky red head and nodded curt as he marched over. "You, inside." he barked at the girl and pointed towards the mansion. The girl seemed to hesitate but do as told and he watched her until she went all the way into the mansion before turning to the mage. "I am terribly sorry for that, she will be dealt with severely. Is she alright, are you alright?" he asked and with a wave of a hand repaired the gate and closed it as if nothing had happened to it.

The red head stomped as she entered the mansion and kicked at things angrily she got humiliated by the mage, then yelled at by Alakai. Snorting and scoffing she clearly showed her displeasure with it all.

The young girl looked up at Zane and stopped running, just staring at him wiping tears that had rolled down her pale cheeks and fidget somewhat. "Why did you follow me..?" she asked in a soft voice curiously

Zane smiled at her when she stopped running, kneeling down to her level so he could talk to her without scaring her. "Because it's not safe out there for a little girl all by herself. You're here to learn to control your magic with Master Alakai, right?" He asked her, then stood and held his hand out for her to take, "Let's go into the house? It's kinda cold out here, huh?" he suggested, hoping she would take his hand and let him lead her back toward the house. He glanced that way and could just make out Alakai speaking with the man and little girl that Zane had seen from his window earlier.

"I've been through worse explosions" the mage said "But that girl does indeed need to learn patience, and to respect those who are older than her"

The young girl once more poked her head out of hte cloak, staring up at Alakai in sight wonder

THe mage gave the girl a soothing rub to her back, trying to coax her further out of hte cloak, all while thinking back to a few weeks ago, when he first sought Alakai out

"As we discussed before, Haruka is in desperate need of guidnece that can help her control her emotions, and in turn, her powers. Despite all I've tried, it seems that my wisdom is not enough. However, I am not leaving her here, unless I am certian that she is in good hands and will be kept safe. Can we discuss this further in private?" he calmly inquired, wanting to get out of the open

The girl nodded and carefully took Zane's hand. "He's scary.." she told him, meaning Alakai and shuddered when thinking of how he had shouted then looked up at Zane. "What's your name? " she asked with a slight blush, her shyness almost making her choke on her words.

Alakai listened to the mage's explanations and nodded every now and then before looking down at Haruka and gave her a small smile, hoping to reassure her. " I will do everything in my power to make sure she is safe and well taken care of. And I will see to it that she learns to control her emotions and how to use her powers to their full potential." he told the mage then. "please follow me into the mansion where we can discuss it further. I will have to tend to the other arrivals to make sure they all go inside and will be with you right after. They must be scared and confused." he continued.

Zane took her hand and started heading up toward the house, chuckling when she announced that she thought Alakai was scary. He sort of had to agree with her on that one, the man was intimidating but it did not make Zane reconsider his plan to run. "We'll get used to eachother." he said instead, wanting to make her feel better. She asked for his name then and he smiled again, "Sorry, I'm Zane. Whats your name?" He asked her, waiting for her answer before leading her into the house where the little redhead had made a mess of things. "You're gonna be in trouble for that." He said to her, instead of greeting her.

The mage gave a brief bow and proceeded into the manor, Haruka still in the cloak. He glanced around and noticed the others Alakai was referring to. As he entered the manor, she eyed the girl he swatted before, and simply brushed past her without a word

The girl blushed more when Zane told her his name and mumbled "Shana" as an answer, she didn't like her name too much. She looked up at the big mansion intimidated and eyed the red head hiding somewhat behind Zane.

The red head whirled around, throwing Zane and the girl hateful looks and kicked against something else taunting them. "I don't think so. No one tells me what to do." she growled but seemed to be less confident when she heard Alakai approach.

Alakai simply eyed the red head as he entered then turned to Zane and Shana. "Well hello there, who you got with you Zane?" he asked and smiled at Shana. He tried his best to be kind while he was enraged at the red head. He had to tend to the others and the mage before her.

Zane barely made out her name but he nodded to her when she answered. Then they went inside and the girl hid behind him and he just squeezed her hand reassuringly. He looked over at the red head, shooting her a hard glare of his own when she glared at him. She spoke up then and he just shook his head at her, thinking that if she wanted to dig herself deeper he wasn't going to stand in her way but he wasn't going to help her either. He watched as the adult mage and little girl brushed past them, thinking it was sort of rude of the guy but not commenting on it. Alakai came in then and spoke to him and he answered for the little girl since he figured she was too shy or scared of him to answer herself. "She said her name is Shana, she was hiding outside." He explained to the man in an even voice, not being disrespectful but not really being friendly either.

Alakai nodded at Zane now understanding why he had been talking to a bush and looked at Shana. "Welcome child, I'm Alakai Salar, but you will call me Master. You're under my care now. Don't be frightened, I mean you no harm." he spoke in a kind tone.

The red head scoffed at Shana's fear and confusion and sighed over exaggerated about it. She looked at the mage and the girl with a glare remembering him swatting her and idly placed a hand on her bottom.

Zane glanced at the little girl when Alakai introduced himself to her, then looked over at the red head when she scoffed at Shana and glared at the other two and his eyes narrowed. "Don't you have to talk to that man now, Master?" he asked innocently, mainly because he wanted the guy to go away so he could talk to the red head before she managed to rile the man up enough that he was short will all of them the rest of the night, her attitude was potentially messing with his chance at escaping later.
