- In the 'Ghost of the Present' part of the story, during the song, Octavia is standing on her hind legs, playing a violin. One hoof is holding the neck of the violin, and the other is holding the bow.

There might be more, but those are the ones I can recall. So I think them holding a hairbrush, paddle or another implement, and use it to spank.)
