As the years passed, Rodrigo was trying to learn more about his newfound knowledge of the Gentle Fist. Of course, none outside the Hyuga Clan knows Rodrigo can use that style without a Byakugan,but Hiashi decided it would be better to keep it a secret unless he is forced to use it.

With Hinata's help, at least Rodrigo stopped wildly using random attacks by trying to mimic the techniques that DID require the Byakugan- if Rodrigo tried to use one of those and hit all the wrong spots, he'd wreack havoc on the insides and chakra system of whoever he is fighting, even if it's a spar, after all!

But the day was almost coming,as the Ninja Academy was about to start the Genin tests....

Hinata took another sip of tea while she enjoyed the calm before the stor arrived soon, the tests will start tomorrow. It was not that she was scared or nervouss, Hinata had managed to evolve not only in personality but also skills along with her little brother that keep amazing all the clan members and her every single day.

The boy never stopped making her proud as much as she never stopped to make him proud, the blue haired girl still remembered the happiness and joy of Rodrigo after he learned the news about she becoming the heiress of the Hyuga clan, that was without any doubt, one of the best days in her young life.

But coming back to the present and talking about her little brother, Rodrigo hadn't return yet from training. That was weird or at least that was what Hinata tought, since he always returned to brag about the training he had, maybe he went to do other thing? She'll find that out.

The older daughter of the Hyuga left her tea and stood to leave, searching for Rodrigo.

By the time she reached the Hyuga's training grounds, Rodrigo panted hard,sitting on his butt. He seemed to have been training VERY hard....

....and he smirked,"Hehe.....Hinata-sama....if I don't have the Byakugan..." he said,as he noticed her entering, "...Then I just gotta defend everywhere at the same time...right?"

Could it mean he actually pulled it off THAT defensive jutsu from the Hyuga clan?

At the same moment Hinata Hyuga saw her little brother sitting on the floor while panting hard, she inmediatly hurried towards his side with a worried look on her face.

"Rodrigo-kun what happened? Are you okey?" Asked the older girl while she cheeked the boy's body with her Byakugan. All seem to be fine, her hands were a bit damaged and her chackra was a bit wild but besides that he was fine.

However soon she understood what happened here "Rodrigo-kun please tell me you didn't over trained yourself again" asked the blue haired girl with a sad but scolding voice, before she knew what the boy managed to do...

"...R-Rodrigo-kun, did you...?" Asked the Hyuga girl in amazement but also anger in her voice.

Rodrigo smiled."H-Hinata-sama,please take a few steps backwards for me to show you.....I'm sure you're gonna be so proud this time...." the little boy cutely said, "I did it...it took me a lot of time, But I got the perfect defense now to help compensate by the lack of Byakugan....!"

Hinata took some steps back in order to see if her hopes but also her fears were true, that her beloved little brother, managed to perform that techinque without the byakugan and by pulling his body to the limit.

Rodrigo got on a Gentle Fist position. "E...Eight Trigrams...." he said, panting hard, "Eight Trigrams Palms Rotation.....!"

And Rodrigo began spinning hard and fast! His chakra made a barrier as he spun!

The ultimate defense......the secret technique of the Hyuga Clan's Main Branch!

Rotation was,like any of the secret techniques from the Main Branch, hard to learn and to master....and that's with the Byakugan helping learning with it's perfect vision!

Without the Byakugan, Rodrigo was sealed from most of the techniques that required him to see the Chakra points...trying to use those would most likely mean Rodrigo would miss all the spots he tried to aim,and probably destroy his opponent from the inside. But Rotation needed no such vision, being merely a defensive technique aimed at protecting the user from attacks coming from all directions, including the Byakugan's blind spot.

Without the Byakugan, Rodrigo's reasons for overtraining so much lately were clear.....Rodrigo had to, much like Neji Hyuuga's teammate, push his own body to the limit and train hard, harder, and harder still, untill he was able to learn the technique with hard work alone!

( I mentioned Neji's teammate because Neji and his team were already Genins before Hinata and the others. ^_^ )

Hinata's shock was big as she looked how Rodrigo was able to perform the Eight Trigrams Palm rotation, the secret techinque of the Hyuga clan ultimate defense against anything and the weapon to defeat their enemies.

There was no doubt that Rodrigo was already a prodigy in Hinata's eyes but she couldn't hide her amazement of her little brother performing this technique without the byakugan but also worry as now the boy learned a technique that without the right use it can actually kill someone.

"Rodrigo-kun enough" said the Hyuga heiress as she was able to see with her byakugan how the body of her brother was being pushed to the limit to perform thid technique and how this was damaging from inside as the boy keep going.

"Rodrigo stop!" Shouted the blue haired girl with an unnusual angry face while she tried to make the younger boy stop this before she could actually hurt himself.

Rodrigo managed to stop himself,panting hard as he fell on his knees.

His vision was a bit blurry, as if Rodrigo was about to faint. But there was one thing that kept him still,without faining, a question he had to ask.

"H....Hinata-sama..." he asked,panting,"A....are you proud of me....?"

(Now that I think about it, this might be another reason Hinata and Rodrigo got along so well...this hard training to the point that he is panting and about to faint is kinda like Naruto would do,right? ^_^ Cause I remember the shy Hinata from the original timeline even watched his training on secret. )

Hinata didn't actually how to react with what she just saw, her beloved little brother managed to perform the biggest technique in the Hyuga clan, something that she felt very proud of, but on the other side Rodrigo pushed his body to the point of hurting his body to a point of no return which actually angered and worried the blue haired girl.

After closing her eyes and meditating this situation for a bit Hinata gave a sigh and looked at Rodrigo "I'm proud of you Rodrigo, I have always been..." said the young Hyuga heiress with a sad smile that turned into a serious expression.

"But you didn't had to push your body to this level, you could have end up seriously hurt or worse" Hinata scolded with her arms corssed over her chest "and not only that we had talks about don't over training yourself and yet you keep ignoring them"

(Yeah I think the same thing ^^ also should Hinata being in love with Naruto as the other person that inspired her or not?)
