At the mention of her village, the girl’s smile slowly disappeared. A frown replaced it. “Does it really matter?” she questioned, taking another step away from the man. “I don’t enjoy my village. Just like you. I therefore, wish to not speak of it either.” She said, holding a hostile senbon toward the man. “If you don’t mind, I’ll go.”

"I actually do mind." Kinyo said, not at all intimidated. "Besides, I left my village because everyone there wants me dead. However, you may be like me, having no good reason for running off in the first place."

Aiko blinked, putting the senbon in her mouth. It seemed like a thin silver toothpick. Placing her thin arms behind her back, she turned on her heels, looking the other way. Closing her eyes, she prepared to walk away, not all that in the mood to talk. "I'm not like you. Although, our villages want the same thing. That is the only thing in common we have. May I go without interruptions now?"

The girl blinked as the male got in front of her. Taking a step back, she played with the senbon, tilting her head. “Why should it matter where I come from? I’m from a village, somewhere around here. Happy?”

Aiko put a thoughtful hand to her chin, tilting her head. “Well, think about it this way. You’re running from your village, no? Now, what if I were the one after you? You just revealed a lot about you. Without a second thought I could kill you, no?” she said, holding her hand up with an open palm. Closing her eyes, she shrugged. “Now, since I’m running from my village, what makes you think I’ll tell you where I’m from?” she questioned with a gentle, but fake, smile.

The girl smiled brightly, her hands moving behind her as she leaned in toward the boy. “I suppose that makes sense” she said, silently. “Very well, I suppose I could tell you. I’m from the sand village. Unfortunately, I was part of a very small area, hidden away from the world due to my family’s Kekkei Genkai... Happy?’ she ended her statement, her arms crossing over her chest.
