"Can plays a new game?" Lexi asked him when he told her that the two of them could play again in awhile. She didn't know very many games but the child was enjoying this time spent playing with her foster father and so she suggested a new game. A bit of movement served to catch her attention however and her gaze shifted to look toward some bushes, the little one not sure what it was that she had seen.

"Did you see something over there Lexi?" Kyle asked looking over that way.

Lexi looked back at Kyle when the man asked if she had seen something, the child just shrugging her shoulders a little bit. "Thought something moved," she said in response to the question, not having actually seen anything save for the leaves of the bushes moving so she couldn't confirm that she had actually seen anything aside from movement. Which could have been caused by the wind or any number of other things.

Lexi watched him from the trampoline as he walked over to the bush, a startled bird flying out of the foliage as he approached. That caused the little girl to gasp softly, her eyes following the creature as the bird flew up into the air and then disappeared.

There wasn't anything else in the bushes aside from the one bird that had managed to rustle the leaves as it had flew into the bush and thus catching Lexi's attention. The little girl watched what he was doing intently, her blue eyes focused on the man as he searched. "Better be careful...could be a tiger," she told him, keeping a close watch on what he was doing.

"I don't think it would fit in the bush." Kyle said smiling

"It might," Lexi protested when he told her that a tiger wouldn't fit in the bush, the little girl not willing to give up on that one. "Maybe it's a little one," she offered, thinking that would make it easier for it to fit in the bush that he was currently searching. And of course she had a vivid imagination, as was typical of most small children.
