The girl expected him to beat her as he rose his hand, so she closed her eyes, afraid. But as his hand touched her head, she opened up again and looked up at him. She nodded slowly and followed him, wondering if she was allowed to clean herself alone.

The woods were dark and peaceful and she suddenly noticed a house. "This is were you live?", she asked and looked amazed at the house. "Are you all on your own?", she wanted to know.

And as said a owl come out of a tree and fly down to scar.
Scar holds up his arm and chuckled.
Ah ventus nice to see you" scar said and the owl who and snuggles close to scar.

Scar turn to the girl. "This is one of my animals ventus" "you can pet him and don't worry he want nip your finger off unless he doesn't like someone." Scar said to her.

Ventus look at the girl and notice her and saw she was about to be petted by her and did nip her but scar was quick to pull his arm away so he wasn't close to get one of her fingers.

Guess you have someone else to warm up to you but don't worry just need a little patience and he will warm up to you" scar said as he sent ventus up in the air and ventus goes flying and goes in the house through a open window.

Scar then open the door and enter the entryway to a table with a lamp and a few potion on it and one the walls hang mystical objects and picture and on the left is a doorway that lead to the living room and a hallway that is straight down to the back door and two other doorways.

And across from the living room doorway are stair that lead up to the second floor and on the stairs is a fox sitting and watch scar and the girl coming in the house and sitting in the hallway is a white cat with green eyes and the fox eyes are red.

The girl was normally not a big fan of animals. They normally just ate her food and she couldn't have that. But she wasn't an ordinary thief anymore, so maybe it would be nice to have some fluffy companions around.

The first one was an owl, and she blinked surprised as she saw it. The animal seemed very tame and so she reluctantly tried to pet it, but nearly got hurt. She winced and took a step back.

They went inside, the girl leaving a bit of distance between them. Then, she looked around. Strange objects were all around and a cat sat in the hallway. "That must be his second pet...", the girl thought and took a few steps away. She didn't need another wound from a cat who didn't trust her.

She also noticed somebody watching her and saw a fox at the stairs. She stopped. What if he would bite her? She wasn't too keen on finding it out. "May I wash myself now?", she whispered, still not sure what to think of the whole situation.

Sure" "follow me" scar said as he walks up the stairs and the fox moves over to the side but kept it eyes on the girl.
Scar makes it to the top floor and walks down a hallway to his left and there are two doorway across from each other and scar open a door to his left.

And in the room is a bathroom and to where there is a sink,a mirror,a toilet and a bathtub.
Scar walks over to the tub and plug the drain and start the water.

He then look back at her as the water runs.
"You don't have to fear about Lulu and Ruby they are nice" "you just have to watch out for ventus" scar said then remember something.
"I don't think i got your name?" Scar said to her.

As the girl walked around with him, she absorbed all the details of the house. It was like a habit as well, to get out quickly if something went wrong.

She listened to Scar and looked down again, sd he told her not to fear the other pets. "I... just don't ... animals normally avoid me, that's all...", she mumbled and blushed.

"My name is Mina, Sir.", she said and watched the water running.

Scar cought on to her hesitation and learning something about her.

"Well it good to know your name" scar said to her.
"I will leave you to your bath then" "there are towels under the bathroom sink and shampoo and soap in the drawer to clean your hair and body" scar said.

Then he leaves and closed the door behind him and surprised to find ventus, Ruby and Lulu out in the hall waiting for him.
"I'm guessing you have questions and want answers" scare said.
Yes!" The three animals said.
"Who is she?" Ruby said.
"Why is she dirty and have ragged clothes" Lulu said
"And why is she here" ventus said.

"Okay okay i will answer each of your questions" scar said and he did. He told the three for how they met and why she is here.
"Now she is going to be staying with us and i want you to make her feel welcome and ventus i want you to apologize to her." Scar said.
"Me?!" Ventus said as he point to himself.

"Yes" "now I'm going to make a feast for dinner and you three will give her some space" scar said and walks passed them to the stairs and walks down.
"But but master" ventus said and fly after him.
"Don't want to hear it" scar said

Ruby and Lulu were left to themselves to Lulu left and went downhill as well.
Ruby was left to herself and was just sitting in front of the bathroom door.

Mina nodded and went to the drawer and the sink, so that she could prepare for the bath. It took her a while to get clean, and she had to refill the tub another time after she was able to remove most of the dirt. Then, she started washing her hair properly, happy that it was flat enough to brush it properly with a brush she found. She finished her bath and wrapped herself in a towel.

After she dried her hair, she looked around. Scar had given her new clothes, so she tried them on and they fitted. Happily, she checked herself over in the mirror. She blushed. She had forgotten how nice she was looking once no dirt was on her skin. Her big blue eyes sparkled and she couldn't help but smile.

Happily, she went out of the bathroom and spotted one of the pets in the hallway. She noticed earlier, that Scar talked to them, and they seemed to be able to talk as well, which was unusual and even more scary than the fact that they lived here as well. "Uhm...hi. You are Ruby...right...? I am Mina, nice to meet you", she said reluctantly and looked at the animal shortly.

Ruby said and leaves the girl and walks downstairs and see everyone was in the dinning room.

Scar and his two pets where setting up the table and scar was filling there bowels and scar has the table filled with delicious food and all of it look vary expensive food to get.

Mina listened and blushed brightly as Ruby told her she would get spanked if she would steal something. Spanking?! Was that thing serious?!

She decided not to say anything and followed her downstairs and into the dinning room. "May I help...?", Mina asked carefully and smiled friendly.

The pets went silent and scar look up at her after he set the last plate with food on the table. "That would be good dear but I'm sorry to say it already ready but you can sit down at the table and help yourself to anything" scar said with a smile to his face and left the dinning room and the pet fallow him to the kitchen.

From the doorway scar could be seen to be feeding the pets by placing food in there dishes.
The food on the table just sit there as the smell fills the room and continue to look taste just by looking at it.
