New Sitter

Rose was positively fuming with annoyance.
Not only did her parents insist she still needed a babysitter, they'd hired an entirely new one tonight and told her to be on her best behavior. The usual sitter, mrs Collins from across the street, usually just fell asleep in front of the tv within 10 minutes of arriving, so Rose was free to go to Valeries house or even drive into town, as long as she made it back in time.

Val's parents had tattled though, so this time her parents had called an actual sitter, someone she'd never even met before, to watch her for the evening. Roses one act of defiance was her appearance. Her mom had told her to dress nice, so she'd found her prettiest navyblue dress - that she hadn't worn for several years - and done up her brown hair in two girlish braids with blue ribbons. The effect was meant to illustrate how silly it was to hire a babysitter for someone who was practically an adult, but her mom had just told her she looked adorable.

She was kinda surprised the clothes still fit. Then again, she was kinda petite, and hadn't grown much in height since she got the dress. Now she was sitting pretty as a picture at the foot of the stairs while her parents waited around for the sitter, checked on the food in the fridge and dropped condescending comments about her behaving herself and such.

At sixteen, Melissa was barely older than Rose. They were just about the same age, and yet she would be in charge. It helped that she was tall and looked like an adult - she was pretty grown up in her appearance, and always acted mature around adults.

As such, she got so much work as a babysitter, even for "kids" that were close to her own age. Much like this time. Now, she had explained her terms to Rose's parents, and that was fine - indeed, they were in agreement that corporal punishment was a must, that she should always respond to bad behaviour with a firm spanking then and there.

So when she arrived, wearing a nice shirt, jacket, jeans and heels, her long brown hair brushed back straight, she gave a wonderful smile to Rose's parents and dropped her satchel to the side.

"Just some homework to do, and a few tools of the trade, just in case. I'm sure your girl is going to be fine though."

"Oh we hope so, but if she needs it, there's the wooden spoon in the kitchen - make sure to use the thick one - and I have a thick leather belt out on my bedside desk."

"So, where is Rose?"

With that, they led Melissa to the stairs, where Rose was waiting. She could see the pout, the unconcealed rage, and had a good idea of what the intent behind the clothing had been. However...

"Oh, aren't you adorable? Hello Rose, I'm your babysitter Melissa. Tell me, how old are you?"

She heard the front door go, but decided to stay put. No reason to run to the door just to greet the frickin' babysitter.

Wait, what where they talking about? The belt? Christ, they thought the sitter was going to spank her! Old Collins wouldn't have been able to do that if she wanted to, but her parents had talked about bringing back the old methods of "child rearing".

Well she had another thing coming if she thought Rose was going to let that happen. Just the thought of being spanked at her age made her simmer with anger.

When the others arrived, Rose looked her new sitter up and down, then turned her head away and hugged her knees. Melissa looked young enough to be Roses older sister, so she'd probably understand and let her go about as she wished. Still, Rose was too angry at the whole thing to fake courtesy.

"15" she grumbled "Since last tuesday. And you?"

"Fifteen? Aren't you a big girl!"

She was of course delighting in the way she treated Rose, but she knew Rose was a real teenager, fifteen going on twenty five as the saying went. So she just played it up - it would most likely end the way things usually did, and if not, would end in laughter for the pair of them.

...no, she knew how it would end, and it was the way she liked best.

"I'm sixteen, so I'll be looking after you and making sure you don't get up to any trouble."

"Don't be rude and sulky, Rose - you heard the deal, she has our permission to spank your bare bottom if necessary. So you behave yourself tonight, okay?"

And with that, her parents hugged her - yes, even at her age they insisted on doing so - and left.

"So before we start, the kiddie clothes... your idea, or theirs?"

Sixteen? She was going to be babysat by a sixteen-yearold? Freaking great.

"Okay mom" She grumbled in response, then hugged her parents goodbye and sat back on the stairs.

Oh christ, maybe that had been a bad idea. She had expected an older sitter and now she had just made herself look foolish. Maybe she should lie and say her mom made her put the dress on? But she didn't want people to think her parents were weird.

"Ehm, I guess it was my own idea. I'm not wearing this because I like it, I just wanted to show my parents that I'm old enough to take care of myself."

Yeah, this was a bad idea alright. The clothes fit her petite body way too well for her purposes. She didn't look like a woman in little girl clothes, she just looked like a little girl.

"You know what, forget it. I feel silly, I'll just go change into some jeans or something. There's a tv in the living room and cola in the fridge, so you won't have to bother me."

She got up and began walking up the stairs.

Perhaps Melissa should have frowned at that 'disrespect', however she just smiled: it was all the excuse the teen girl needed. And so, she reached out and gripped the back of the dress.

"Hold it just there, little missy. Don't you talk to me like that, you've already been rude enough while your parents were here - and now you're completely mouthing off at me? We could have had a grand time, if you'd acted like a grown up, but you're the one who wants to be childish, so let me put it this way: you're not changing into anything else. You can stay in that, or you can be naked, your choice."

She paused, her other hand coming up under the dress and hooking one finger into the waistband, sliding between the cheeks and ready to yank the underwear down.

"And thanks to your rudeness? That's a choice you can make after your spanking. Come on, to the lounge room!"

Rose gave a surprised "Meep!" when she was yanked back by her dress. She turned her head, scared, then quickly became indignant at Melissas words.

She was about to protest when a finger slid into her panties and shocked her to silence. She couldn't remember the last time someone had touched her bare butt and was completely stunned at the nerve of the babysitter.

Without answering, her mouth gaping like a stranded fish, she followed into the lounge. Her mind was in overdrive as she wondered if Melissa would actually do it and what her chances of physically overpowering the babysitter were.

Melissa didn't let up - she pretty much let Rose lead the way to the lounge, but kept her finger in the back of the underwear the whole time, tugging it down in back ever-so-slowly as they walked.

Even once they were there, she didn't let go. She took her seat, then slid her hand around to the side. She shrugged her satchel off, then reached up with her other hand to slide down the front of the underpants, then around the other side.

And then she peeled them down, as slow as ever.

"Now, lift your skirt up and maybe I'll only use my hand. Give me trouble, and I have some things in here you won't like... while you're at it, anything you want to say?"

Rose gaped at her sitter as the panties slid down her thigh, then finally got enough of her bearings back to close her mouth and grab at Melissas wrists.

"Yes, I do! I don't care what my parents say, you're not spanking me and especially not on the bare!"

Her lip quivered with indignation as she frantically tried to tug her underwear back up.

"Who do you think you are anyway? I didn't do anything to deserve punishment and even if I did, you can't treat me like this. I'm not a child!"

For a brief moment, Melissa's eyes lit up with anger, but soon enough she moved - she stood up, and instead of fighting against Rose, she also pulled upwards. The result, of course, was for the underwear to ride right up, in a most uncomfortable wedgie.

And then with one hand, she kept pulling upwards, with the other she started slapping Rose's thighs.

"Behave yourself, Rose. You have no way to escape the punishment your attitude has earned you, you are just making it worse for yourself."
