A few tears fell from Olivia's eyes and trailed down her cheeks during the second phase of her punishment. On the third, she groaned a bit, resisting the urge to squirm over the woman's lap. "Yes, Mistress..." The girl responded, counting out each as it fell. "One... Two.... Th-hree..." On the fourth she squeaked and forgot to count, instead saying, "O-ouch...! I'm s-sorry, I'm so sorry...!"

-Shhh, calm down, dear, and please don’t forget to count.- She gave the last slap to her behind, and waited her to count those last two as she rubbed the girl’s stinging behind with her hand, drawing soft circles on her reddened skin.

Chloe sighed, maybe it had been too hard for a first punishment.

-There, there, dear, it’s over, you’re forgiven.- She explained in a gentle and loving whisper, not stopping her tries to get the sting away from the girl’s rump, after several moments she made the girl sit on her lap, separating her legs a bit so her weight would be supported by her legs and back and not by her sore behind, and she hugged her new slave, nuzzling her head with her cheek and rubbing her back.

Olivia blushed scarlet once she was placed in her mistress's lap and cuddled not unlike a child's favorite toy might be. Sniffling a bit, she contemplated the feeling she had gotten from the words the woman had used; 'you're forgiven'. It had never been taken into account before, but those words very much eased the guilt - punished, then forgiven... It made sense, but her master had never told her that, and it was now that she realized she never felt forgiven. Maybe he never had...

She sat there awkwardly, unsure of whether or not she was allowed to hug her back, realizing the sting had already died down to a slight heat. It didn't seem so bad of a punishment now that it was over and she seemed to be fine for the most part. It hurt, yes, but the thing that had made it so scary, both before and during, was that she was scared that stinging pain would stick around for quite a while.

...And if she were honest? This slight tinglng burn as well as the comforting hold was actually sort of pleasant.

"Okay... Thank you for your forgiveness, Mistress. You're very kind..." The girl quietly said, leaning her head against the woman's shoulder and gently putting her arms around her waist.

The mistress just kept rubbing her back soothingly, letting her rest as she wished. Blushing a bit due the girl’s choice of position, but well, she had given her permision to do as she wanted, so it was ok.

Her free arm circled the girl’s waist to held her and see that she didn’t fall, after a long while she separated a bit and with a gentle hand wiped the tear streaks off the girl’s face.

-Feel better now?.- She asked to her slave.

Olivia nodded; though she wasn't sure if the woman was asking whether or not she felt better as in her guilt was gone or whether she'd calmed down from her punishment - or maybe even both. However, the answer was still the same no matter which way the cookie crumbled. "Do you wish anything of me, mistress? Perhaps you would like me to begin on my chores?"
