It didn't occur to him at the moment that the rats, both Justin and Leeroy, were far bigger than Mrs. Brisby or Auntie Shrew, and she was probably scared of them. Finally, seeing her not budging, Martin gave up with a sigh. "Sir, maybe you should just do it. She's not going to come to you willingly."

Justin looked a little exasperated at this point. He finally just walked over to her, grabbing her by the upper arm. Martin didn't like it anymore than Tim, but he knew that the two rats were right about her needing to be disciplined. Justin pulled her over to the seat and sat down. Martin, seeing Timmy not looking to well, took hold of his brother in an attempt to comfort him. He may have been the bluntest of the four siblings, but he was not unaware of his siblings' feelings.

Jeremy finally landed outside of the town. One of the older guards recognized Mrs. Brisby and offered to lead her into town. Leeroy walked over to the boys and placed his hands on their shoulders leading them out. "Come children, let us take leave and join your other sister." They left the room and he shut the door, leading them out to where Teresa was. "There, we could not possibly hear anything from this location."

Timothy made a hurling motion and sniffled. "Thank you Mr. Albion. I don't think I would've lasted much longer in there."
