Non-Sexual Slavery RP - Seeking a Switch

I'd like to do an RP about a world in which an entire nation or race has been conquered because they unjustly initiated a war against the conquering people or country. As a result, many of the people have been made slaves and indentured servants.
I'd like to play at least one top character and one bottom character.
Sex wouldn't be included in this RP, though I'd have no problem with romance blossoming between two characters as long as it's consensual. Im not at all comfortable with nudity or the mention of any type of sexual abuse. Sorry to sound prudish, but I just don't care for those themes and don't know how to deal with them.
I also don't want to include cruelty, so I'd like to stick to RPing disciplinary spankings rather than punishments that are given for no reason. I don't mind RPing strict top characters, though, so long as he or she is also loving. I'd like for this RP to focus on the bonds of love that form between the masters and their servants or slaves. Itd be like D/s, except that the slavery would be legally binding and not necessarily always romantic.
I'm up for any gender pairing except F/M, but F/F and M/F are my favorites. If you're not open to at least two different gender pairings, we probably won't work well together for this RP. Also, I prefer it when both the top and the bottom are young people and at least one of them is a teenager, and a pairing where both are teenagers would really interest me, but I'm open to older characters. Im not opposed to RPing children, either, but will avoid including them if you prefer.
