"Don't be such a crybaby Kurumu - you love getting attention to your bottom!"

However, it was clear that she didn't have much time to focus on Kurumu - she had others to worry about. She swished her ruler through the air, raising it high, and caused lightning to strike the ground.

"And really Mizore... are you going to let her outdo you? You really want it to be known that she was braver and accepted it with more grace and dignity? What about you, Kokoa? You really think your sister would try to escape her consequences, or would she remain stoic and accept it without uttering a word?"

She was hoping that words might work - that she could convince them that way. But if all else failed... lightning crackled in the sky, and the winds caused already-short skirts to flutter about at waist height, making them completely pointless.

“I don’t care!” Mizore said as she turned to run off


Meanwhile kokoa glared at her “take the damn seal off and find out.” She said sarcastically as she went right past her

“Kokoa stop now.” Moka instructed as kokoas face seemed to change she turned to moka “b-but moka why should I submit to her and let this weakling lay a hand on me?!” She argued as moka shot her a stern look instantly freezing kokoa in her tracks she sighed “fine!” She turned around and bent over “just do it.” She said through gritted teeth

Lightning hit the ground in front of Mizore, lighting everything up despite the dark clouds that had already gathered overhead. And then, from the ground, long thick vines rushed forward from all angles - weaving in with a mind of their own in an effort to bind the ice fairy in place.


"Thank you Moka", Ruby said as she grabbed the back of Kokoa's waistband and yanked them all the way down.


"We could have done this inside, but if this is what you want, very well."


And with that, she swung the ruler hard against Kokoa's bare bottom with a loud crack - almost as loud as the lightning.

Mizore was shocked by what she did with the lightning and vines she gasped as she was bound and held by the vines

Moka nodded “yes ma’am.” She said obediently as kokoa felt the first crack of the ruler it caused her to jump in pain throwing her hands to her backside “jeez that hurts!” She called out

"That's the point of the punishment! The ruler isn't just for measuring to see if you comply, it's for punishing those who don't!"

She waited for Kokoa to get back into position, but did take the opportunity to pick the vampire's underwear up off the ground.

"Perhaps if these are gone, you'll be more interested in covering up. Now, back into position young lady."

She blushed and turned to moka who flashed her a glare she groaned and made herself bend back over again

Ruby smacked her again with the ruler once she was back in position, watching the deep pink stripe form across her bottom. She paused for a few seconds to let her regain her composure, then gave another smack - and then again a bit later. Each time she paused and gave Kokoa a few moments, but she still spanked her with just as much strength, varying each swing so as to get plenty of coverage.


"I think I'll show you just a little bit of mercy here - I've had to warn the older girls more than you."


However, the mercy wasn't a matter of finishing it at that: she gave several more smacks, to the backs of the thighs and to Kokoa's sit-spots as well, turning the heat up. But all in total, she didn't give the vampire more than twenty smacks.


"There. Now you can stand up, but no rubbing. Try to stand straight to stop your bottom from showing, and after this I will give you a longer skirt if you want to cover up."

She was crying hard by the time it was over “OWIE!” She cried out rubbing her eyes as moka went to give her a hug and guide her inside before kurumu and Yukari followed them

"I think we can leave Mizore there to calm down a little while I deal with the rest of you."


So saying, Ruby led the other girls into a quiet room. She pulled a chair out.


"All right you three, take your skirts and panties off and place them there. You will get more appropriate skirts afterwards."
