Reinhardt's disappointing tone and intimidation factor would bring tears to any young lady who fears of a spanking. I could definitely see the wrong doer breaking down to tears real quick and then he lectures them. This makes them cry even more and makes Reinhardt feel guilty so he pulls them in for a hug to calm them down.

I thought the same. I could also see Reinhardt lecturing a young Pharah or McCree and after he pulls them into a hug he agrees to keep whatever the young one did a secret that "stays between the two of us." (I have absolutely no doubt that Ana and Reaper/Reyes would've used spanking. I mean, how else was Edgelord supposed to keep all those angry, lost teens in line? And Pharah is as stubborn as Ana is so how else was Ana supposed to get through to her?)

So back to Brigitte joining the story, doesn't look like Reinhardt dropping her off for him going to a combat zone that is too dangerous is plausible now that she is entering the game as a support character. (Pretty excited). I need to think of a different way to get her into the story now lol.

Perhaps Reinhardt's return/answering recall, which was hinted at in the cinematic was what gave Brigitte the supplies needed to create her gear. And since Brigitte and Reinhardt are part of Overwatch, well, she'd eventually misbehave and have to submit to correction at a stern hand.

I agree Ana would spank Fareeha no matter her age. I can hear the scene in my head already.

Fareeha mouths off and Ana doesn't take any of the sass. Ana telling Fareeha off, then telling Fareeha to get over her knee for her punishment. Then "I'm 32, mom." And "I don't care. You're not too big to go over my knee. Now come here." And Fareeha tries to stare Ana down but then Ana starts counting to three (because I see Ana as one of those "you have three seconds to get over here before I go get you" types that dish out more severe punishments if she has to go get you.) And either Fareeha gets over her mother's knee just in time...or she earn a herself a session with the belt because Ana had to go get her. Fareeha's punishment may or may not end with Ana saying something along the lines of "you will NEVER disrespect me again. EVER. Do you understand me?" With a sobbing Fareeha going "yes mom. Never again. Just please, PLEASE stop."

I don't think that Brigitte was ever a part of Overwatch. But she was heavily influenced by her father and Reinhardt who were obviously members. Maybe she has to stay with the girls to see if she is Overwatch material. Hell, I think Brigitte could be a switch and dish out some punishments of her own too. Protect the girls from themselves and all.

And I can definitely envision a scene like that in my head too with Ana and Fareeha.

Brigitte is too young to be part of Overwatch 1.0 but I'm talking about after Reinhardt answers Recall, which makes it possible for her to be part of Overwatch. I can see her as a switch, depending on who is on the other side.

Feel free to take any scenario I give and use it in your work, btw. After all, imitation is the highest form of flattery.

Speaking of Brigitte.... Torbjorn Lindholm, spanker: yes or no? I kind of see him as someone who would use a belt on his kids but I don't know.

True and I just looked it up, Brigitte is the 2nd youngest (age 23) of the Overwatch girls, only D.va is younger. But she is a strong girl and I imagine the smaller girls could fall prey to a spanking from her under the right circumstances.

I have a different scenario in my mind for Ana and Fareeha that will see its way to my story, but suggestions are always welcome :P

Torbjorn would definitely using spanking on his kids, he would probably lose his mind with all of them otherwise with that many terrors running around the house.

Brigitte, from what I've heard of her lines in the PTR, also sounds like a very convincing girl. I'm sure it'd be easy for her to convince the others that a spanking is needed. And if all else fails, well, look at those muscles. ^^

Of course old Torby would. How else is he going to deal with his tiny army of children? He can't even run properly! He's known as the Swedish dwarf for a reason, y'know! xD

I haven't listened to any of her voice lines yet so I'll take your word for it. As far as them muscles, she would be able to dish out some painful spankings without resorting to use any implements.
