Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

You are not missing anything, that is a known glitch.
As for Rema, I made it work once only. I think that starting on the third day or after you got sent to detention for the first time or maybe after you get sent to the principal for the first tiime... You have to wander after dinner. Or maybe before dinner. You get to be rude to her and annoy her.
Then she teaches you manners. After dinner you get to choose who will spank you, a random teacher in their room, Therese or Rema. It changes on different days. And sometimes you actually have to skip first class to wander school to get a spanking (cleaner chick, the dude with the schedules). |

More than likely need to make your own personal save on slots 8, 10, and 13. Then drag and drop those in that mediafire file and overwrite your saves. Ive noticed on other games when i download other peoples saves, and simply put them in my save folder, im unable to load them, in fact they dont even show up. Which is why you need a save in that slot prior.
Your saves should be located game folder > www > save
hopefully that helps you out!

Amazing game. Played few times. However, haven't finished yet. The missions in town is so plentiful that I always get lost during the game, cause I just don't want to miss scenes. And due to the limitation of 20 savings, always forgot where to start. So is there any walk through or game guide doc of this awesome game?

The library is in the top right corner of the market district. If the soldier doesn't let you through, go to sleep and try again the next day.
