"W-Well, no," Sam responded sheepishly and continued on in an attempt to give Gabriel his side of the story. "I'm uh... I'm sure Dean's got a handle on the whole ... spanking... thing. He's the stricter brother. I mean, I have other ideas for punishing Cas, it's not like you can make me do what you--mffmmhm!" Sam found his mouth closed and unable to open.
"mffhh?!" before he knew what was happening, Sam was on his stomach, hazel-eyed gaze on the concrete below, "nnnn-no!" he scrambled to attempt to push himself up, but Gabriel's grace, he couldn't stand a chance. "l-let me g-!" Sam squeaked and made a sound he never thought he was capable of making when his jeans and boxers slid down his bottom and stopped at his knees, and he felt a draft on his upturned bare ass. "wh-wh-Gabriel, h-hey, this-this isn't funny! Let me up!!"
......................................
Cas wept pitifully and put his hands over his bottom, and he shook his head. He much preferred Sam's ideas to Dean's and he tried to protest further, but he knew Dean was correct. When Dean lifted him up, Cas bent his knees, and made it harder for Dean to put him on his tummy over his knees, but Dean emerged victorious and tugged up the back of his much too large sleep tee.
"n-noooo..." came Cas' final desperate plea for anything but this. He put his little hands on Dean's thigh, trying to push himself up.

“Ooooh, Sam, you’re absolutely right—this isn’t funny. “ Gabe waved a hand, “But this is!”
Gabriel smiled l, satisfied by the sound the hunter made at suddenly being clad in a red, curly clown wig, big, honking rubber shoes, a rainbow tiu-tu—and absolutely nothing else.
“Still want me to let you up, Samuel? If you insist, but you should know, you’ll be in the middle of Walmart—Just. Like. This.”
Gabe didn’t have long to wait until Sam Winchester, naked Tu-tued hunter of things that go bump in the night, begrudgingly relented.
.........................................
Dean pressed his hand down on Cas’ trembling back, rubbing him, while he cried and whined. “Shhhh, Cas, this will all be over soon, ok? I’m your friend, please just trust me. Please.”
With that, Dean brought his hand down from just above his shoulder, wincing as it landed with a sharp SMACK on the tiny, tender bottom. He gritted his teeth and and made a guttural sound, trying to drown out the little angel’s cry and quickly raised his hand again. A few stinging spanks later and Cas’ struggling had slowed, though Dean still had his yowling to contend with. Determined to punish his young friend only until he was sure he’d gotten the message through, Dean Winchester spanked Castiel, the angel who had pulled him out of Hell, until his little bottom glowed bright pink, then swept the squalling child into his arms and squeezed him tightly. “It’s Ok, it’s ok, Cas, I’ve got you.”

Sam paled when red synthetic fibers entered his visual field and he felt a draft on his back and rear end. His pajama pants and sleep tee were replaced by nothing but a tutu, and he felt shoes that were several sizes above his own on his bucking ankles. "thuh-th-the hell??" he breathed and he shook his head at the idea of appearing in the middle of a Walmart, almost completely naked and dressed as a clown.
"oh-okay-okay, okay," Sam grumbled and lowered his head, "okay. you win. I'll do what you want, juh-just don't," he stopped trying to push himself up, even if it meant Gabriel would be giving him a thorough smacking as he'd done to Cas and demand that he agree to his terms. He didn't want to spank Cas and he thought Gabriel couldn't make him.
.........................................
"oh-okaayy-heee..." Cas wept, deciding he would trust Dean. He knew Dean wouldn't be as hard on him as Gabriel, but he still strongly disliked this unpleasant form of discipline. Cas cried out and bucked his legs, and attempted to push himself up, his much smaller hands on Dean's thigh. He yowled and cried loudly as Dean reignited the burn from last night's thorough punishment, and he thought about what Dean had said.
"m'suh-suh-sorryyy-eeeee... I wuh-won't d-do it a-uh-gaaain..." Cas blubbered, hiccupping, sniffling and coughing. He understood now that it was naughty of him to attempt to re-age himself, as he had no say in how he was punished and Gabriel de-aged him as part of his penance. This punishment, placed in the hands of Sam and Dean Winchester took the control from the angel and would therefore be more effective.
When Dean scooped him up, Cas curled his arms around Dean and clung to him, wanting to be loved and cared for. He reached back and rubbed his poor pink little bottom and he hiccupped, "I'll b-b-be g-goooo-hoood..."

Gabe smiled with satisfaction, as Sam gave in--though he was a little disappointed. He'd been looking forward to giving the hunter a dose of his own special brand of medicine. He shrugged. Well, a few little shots wouldn't hurt--wouldn't hurt him, anyway.
SMACK! SMACK! SMACK!
Gabriel gave Sam's tight, muscled backside three quick spanks, powered by enough angel mojo to leave a burn that would last a few days. Gabriel didn't feel a thing. "That'll keep ol' Gabe's plan on your mind a while." He admired his handiwork, with a whistle. "Or elsewhere..."
As the angel set the tall man back on his huge feet, the clown shoes squeaked and honked, while Sam bounced and rubbed his smarting behind. "So, you gonna go support your brother or do we take that trip to Walmart? I hear there's a BOGO sale on towels this week"
The archangel made to disappear, on his punchline, but Sam's complaining made Gabriel pause. The big galoot sure was cute when he was mad.
"Oh, I suppose so--" The archangel snapped his fingers and Sam was once again fully dressed, complete with Winchester plaid flannel--and totally alone. As he headed toward Dean's room, Sam heard the faint giggle of a trickster, as his hunter boots let out a honk, every other step.
.................................................. ....
"Oh, sure, now you show up," said Dean, pacing the room, while trying to shush his crying armful of angel. He knew he hadn't spanked the boy even half as hard or long as his angel brother had, but poor little Cas sounded not only soundly spanked, but heartbroken. For all his talk, Dean really could have used Sam's support--he hated being the bad guy. He was going to admit that Dean Winchester needed help.
Sonofabitch .
But Dean was pleasantly surprised when his brother not only offered Cas some comfort, but at last provided the united front, the hunter felt he needed to drive the lesson home to their young friend. Dean beamed, as his brother gave tearful little Cas an earful, the scolding from the gentler hunter, obviously hitting home, with their charge.

"AH!" Sam cried out at the smacks given to him by Gabriel and when Gabriel stood him up, he rubbed his bottom vigorously, and scowled as it felt as if Gabriel left his handprints on his undercurves. He stomped his clown shoes and growled, "f-fine! I-I was going to do it anyway! I'll support Dean, j-just give me back my clothes and get rid of these dumb clown shoes!" he was furious but when he found his warm flannel back on him and no sign of the clown garb, he wasn't as angry, "thank you," he seethed through his teeth.
As he walked, he heard the honking, and he kicked off his boots in the hall. "eat me, Gabriel," he grumbled and he entered the room where his brother and baby angel were. "y-yeah. I know, I'm sorry, I know I'm late." Sam approached them and rubbed Cas' back.
"hey, buddy... it's okay. It's okay. We hate to do that but it's for your own good - you could've really gotten hurt by playing with those ingredients like that. I know you want to be all grown up again, but that's not the way to do it. The way to do it is to behave and let us take care of you until we, and Gabriel, feel you've learned your lesson," he scolded gently, and he kissed Cas' sweet little forehead.
Cas sniffled and nodded, and he hiccupped, "m'sorry... I be good." he said and let out another sob, but the sob was calmed when Sam rubbed his back in calming circles.
"hey, it's okay, Cas, we forgive you. We'll take care of you, you just have to trust us... no dangerous stunts," Sam responded and took Cas from Dean, knowing Cas needed snuggles from the both of them so he could know he was forgiven. Sam was warm and his longer arms made for snuggly cuddles and in no time they had Cas a happy baby again. Sam tickled Cas' sides and got their baby charge giggling.

After breakfast, Dean strapped Cas into Baby's back seat and the three headed out. As they parked at a local thrift store, Dean spied his whining angel in the rearview mirror. "Nobody likes clothes shopping, buddy, but if we don't cover that cute little bottom of yours, I won't be responsible when others can't resist taking a swipe at it." That did it, though Dean earned a look from his brother.
It was a struggle, but the brothers managed to fit the cranky boy into a few pairs of jeans, some cute little t-shirts, a soft set of pj's, a pair of broken-in sneakers, and even scored an unopened pack of mini boxers--all for $35. Dean let Cas hand the clerk the money, announcing that their little man would be wearing his current outfit to go.
Dean listened to Sam read aloud the details of the case the Winchesters were headed toward (with an unannounced detour, to drop off the runt), searching further info on his phone. Dean turned up the radio when he called ahead to the local sheriff, with their fake credentials. The hunter kept stealing glances in the back at Cas, hoping the sleeping little angel’s ears weren’t open.
A few more hours on the road and Dean pulled the impala into a diner, for lunch--just in time for Cas waking from his nap, bordering on a hangry tantrum.
"Take it easy, grumpy drawers, this place has got the best burgers."

Throughout breakfast, Cas was grumpy and disinterested in his food, and he picked at it, pushing most of it to the edge of the plate and not caring for it. He ate a couple of bites, and then declared that he was finished. Of course this left the baby angel hungry and even more irritable than before. Cas whined loudly, not wanting to be strapped in to the back seat and not wanting to look for clothes. He wanted his trench coat back.
Cas made it difficult for them to fit him in jeans and t-shirts and he turned his nose up to the sneakers, "Dean, those shoes are filthy." he commented but they would be his anyway, as they were the nicest pair in the shop and really not that dirty at all. Cas trudged up to the counter and he pouted as Dean had him hand the money to the clerk; he didn't understand the point of that but he did it anyway and uttered a grumpy word of appreciation for the woman's time.
Cas would be moments away from a temper tantrum, but he was growing sleepy; it was time for a nap and his new clothes were so soft and warm. He fell asleep in the back seat, and woke not long after when they pulled up to the diner. Cas whined loudly and kicked and pulled at his seatbelt, his tummy grumbling and hungrier than ever. He was a very hangry baby but he calmed down some when Dean told him about the burgers. He wanted something, anything, it didn't have to be burgers.
"... don't you ever get tired of eating?" Cas asked the brothers, "I don't like this feeling. My ... my stomach hurts. It is very unpleasant." he wished he had his grace. He could've taken care of his tummy ache in an instant. He teared up and became angry - he wanted his grace, his trench coat and he wanted to have himself another long nap.

Dean sighed, repeatedly, as Cas grumped his way through his grumpy day. Nothing was good enough for the little angel--not breakfast, the car ride, shopping, and now he was even complaining about the process of...eating?
"You know, Cas, if this being human thing is all too much for you, you can go wait in the car, while we eat...this!"
Dean showed Cas a luscious-looking picture of a loaded burger, dripping with cheese, beside a a tall milk shake. The hunter shrugged, turning his attention back to the menu--but giving his brother a wink, on the side. "Of course, we cooooouuuuld call Gabriel. You know, so you can ask him about giving you your halo back."
Sam interjected his own suggestion, picking up on Dean's devil's advocate approach to their young charge's behavior. That worked.
Dean ordered the pictured burger and a kid-size version for Cas--leaning toward the waitress and whispering for her to bring a chocolate milkshake--STAT--and there would be an extra tip .
Both Winchesters thoroughly enjoyed Cas' wide-eyed reaction, when the shake was placed in front of him.
"See that, buddy, there's actually some joy in Mudville, after all. If humans know one think, it's how to fill their faces with GOOD stuff."

Cas' bottom lip wobbled at the idea of having to stay in the car while his guardians filled their tummies, and he teared up, "n-no, don't call Gabriel, I-I'll eat..." he knew Gabriel wouldn't give him back his grace. "I d-don't huh-have a haloooo..." he wept, and Sam gathered him up out of the Impala and into his arms, and rubbed his back to comfort him.
Sam gently swept away Cas' tears and carried him into the diner. Cas was pleased by how good it smelled in the diner, but he still wanted to be grumpy, and when he was seated in the booth, he looked up to Sam and Dean and voiced one of the reasons for his grumpy behavior. "I want my coat." he said firmly, "... please." he tacked on please so he wouldn't be demanding.
Sam looked to Dean, and thought about this, "... well, he can't have this big coat back... maybe as a blanket, but... maybe we can have Gabriel shrink it?" he suggested to his brother.
Cas' grumpy look immediately disappeared, replaced by a wide-eyed stare as a yummy looking chocolate milkshake was placed before him. He'd never had one of these before. "... this is chocolate?" he asked, inspecting the milkshake before taking a sip. He smiled softly and that grumpiness melted away. It was so good! "Ish cold," he commented, but he enjoyed the sensation.
"but... Dean, we are not in Mudville... this is..." Cas looked around, "where... where are we?" he asked. Without his grace he couldn't tell where they were at all, other than in a diner.

"We're about 30 minutes from Soux Falls, Cas."
Dean tried to act casually about their location, knowing full well their smart little friend could easily surmise where they were going. When it looked like Cas was about to ask, the hunter reached out and grabbed the boy's straw, stealing a sip off his shake. "Ahhh! That IS cold," Dean laughed, as Cas snatched back his treat, with a scandalized look.
Sam seemed to decide now was as good a time as any to let Cas know their immediate plans and Dean scowled at his brother, petting their distraught charge's head and adding, "No worries, Cas, it'll be a boring case, anyway. I'll be busy with all the work, since Sam will working on a way to shrink your trench coat--won'tcha, Sam?"
Just then, the tension at the table was broken with the arrival of their food--two greasy burgers and what Dean called a "chicken and apple rabbit food abomination."
