"But mommy..." Sam said, then realized it wasn't a request. With a look of pure disgust on her face she stepped out for behind Diana. She shot a dirty look at the girl behind the counter. With a small huff she slowly reached under her skirt and pulled down her panties. Her face had a deeper red as she bent over exposing her little bottom to anyone who cared to glance her way. She couldn't help but think how unfair this was and she really was in a bad mood now.

Sam jumped at the sudden application of her mommy's hand letting out a yelp. Her hands covering her bottom as she spun around. She wasn't able to contain herself anymore. "I haven't done anything though," she said not wanting the paddle used on her. If she was able to think straight she would have known what a bad idea it was not obeying right away, but she was annoyed and everything had quickly gotten away from her. Here she was in a public store her mommy ready to paddle her bare bottom and it was just to much for her to handle.

The store was filled with other pennies and parents who looked at the scene as if Sam committed a crime.Diana looked at her daughter in disbelief. "Did you just say no to me?" "Turn around and bend over now young lady or I'll make sure you will regret it." She said, holding on to her strap. Sam cringed at her mommy's anger knowing she had messed up pretty bad. Tears began to drip down her face as she slowly turned around all to aware of all the eyes now suddenly on the pair. "I'm sorry mommy," she said meekly as she bent over and grasped the counter. She closed her eyes tightly trying to block out all the other people staring and whispering. She knew Diana was angry with her and deep inside she felt a pang of regret. She didn't want her mommy to be mad at her but she did it anyway. She hated herself for not just doing what she was told.

Diana gave the girl a firm swat with the paddle and saw that it left a dark reddish imprint, she knew it must've hurt. But she was too embarrassed to say anything about it and looked over at the store woman who had the items ready and was watching the punishment.

"Owwwieee," Sam cried out as the paddle instantly lit a fire on her little bottom making her dance from foot to foot. She didn't dare stand up or let go of the counter though. She knew she was in enough trouble as it was. She only tightened her grip. She risked a glance at the girl behind the counter, she had a big grin on her face as she watched. Sam really hated her right now. There wasn't anything she could do, so she just cried and waited, it was up to her mommy what happened next. That was probably the hardest thing of all.

Diana shook her head. "It's too rough for her." She stated simply and handed the paddle to the girl. "Sam. Take off your undies and hand them to me." Sam hesitated, but the fresh pain of the swat she had been given made her comply. She took off her panties and handed them over as she stared at the ground. Then to her horror her mommy pinned her skirt up. Her face flushed again as she felt the cool air on her bared bottom. She couldn't believe her mommy was going to make her walk like this and she was very slow to catch up her hands doing their best to cover her bottom.
