Pokémon - The Next Journey (for nomoewoes)

Violet cracked a single eye open and through a bleary vision, found her phone and checked the time. It was 7am. She wasn't leaving for school for at least another hour and a half (or whenever she was leaving, Violet didn't really remember when she had to leave) so there was plenty of time to turn over and shut her eyes.

She did just that after returning her phone back to the nightstand.

Soon a half hour passed and the door to her room opened as Ash, her father and now a world renowned Pokémon Master, peaked his head in and noticed his daughter was unmoving as she was buried under his blanket. Having a bit of stubble on his face, he was dressed in a tank top and shorts with a mug filled with coffee in his hands. After becoming a world champion and one of if not the best trainer in the world, he was given multiple opportunities to become the face of multiple Pokémon Leagues and as much money and endorsements that he could think of. But he soon gave it all up to raise a family, marry his first love in Misty and soon bought a house right next to his mothers in pallet town

Ash had no idea where Misty was, sighing as she probably went to get coffee with the other mom’s as he knew his mother made a promise to him if she didn’t help him by stepping up. Shaking his head, he made his way to the lump under the blankets and shook it. “Good morning, time to get up and get ready.”

Violet greeted her father with a loud groan and pulled her bed covers tighter around herself. Her dad needed to leave her alone, she had only rested her eyes for five minutes! "G'away..." she mumbled.

“Come on now, you don’t want to start your first day of school off on the wrong foot do you?” Ash asked as he placed his coffee on her nightstand so he doesn’t accidentally spill it on her before giving her another nudge

I don't want to start school at all... Violet thought to herself.

"Don't care," Violet said, her voice more clear as she began to wake, though she still kept herself buried underneath her bed covers. "I'll get ready later..."

With a sigh, Ash shook his head. Did he give his mom a hard time like this when he was in her shoes. Even so he remembered what his mom did when he gave her a hard time and he hoped it wouldn’t come to that. Grabbing the covers, he lifted the blanket off to reveal his daughter and her choice of sleep wear to the cold morning air

Wearing a t-shirt and pyjama shorts, Violet cried out in indignation at the sudden cold air. "Hey!" She yelled. "Dad, come on!" She sat up on her knees and threw her father a filthy look. "Just leave me alone, I said I was gonna get ready!"

“And you will be getting ready right now.” Ash said, crossing his arms and showing he was not in a mood to argue with her this morning. “Now you can get ready right now and we can have a nice first day of school. Or you can spending it with a red and sore butt. Which will it be?”

Violet crossed her arms just as her father did and rolled her eyes. "Seriously? Why does it matter if I get ready now or later? I'm awake, isn't that enough? Stop being such a jerk."

Name calling is where he draws the line. Scooping her up off the bed, he sat down on the unkempt bed and placed her over his lap. “Have it your way.” Ash said as the first heavy spank fell on the middle of her shorts clad backside
