Raichu reached the edge of the battling floor where a small bench sat. There were 8 of them in total, 2 on each side of the square gym it certainly was not a rare sight to see a Raichu sitting at one with a trainee over their lap. He gave a warm smile to the Pikachu in front of him and patted his lap. "I think you know what to do from here." he said with a small nod, making it clear that he was not angry with Rin.

Lizzie shook her head slowly, "No sir." she responded quickly, "Just preparing myself for it"

Rin gave a cute whimper but then climbed over the larger Pokemon lap.

"Good girl." Surge praised SMACK!

Raichu placed his left paw on Rin's back as he guider her across his lap. His other paw soon reached under the Pikachu's tail and rested there for a moment as he rubbed her back softly, "This is for losing your temper during training." he said, "I'm proud of the power you have, already, but we will need to work on your patience." he said calmly, "Lift up your tail."

"Ah!" Lizzie yelped earnestly from the smack, it being harder than she expected. Her breathing became deeper as she kept her composure.

"Y...yes sir." Rin whimpered and lifted her tail.

"Three more swats to go." Surge said. "Do you want a little break?"

After Rin raised her tail, Raichu's paw delivered the first firm smack to the Pikachu's rear

Lizzie shook her head, despite wincing "No sir...I won't get a break when I'm actually bad."

Raichu simply raised his paw again and delivered another firm smack, starting a slow rhythm of steady spanks to the Pikachu's rear.

"I know, but if I let you stop now, I'll never be ready for when I actually earn one." Lizzie explained.

As the sting builded Rin started to squirm and her yelps got louder.

"As you wish." Surge said. Smack! Slap! His hand went.

"Why are you over my lap, Rin?" Raichu asked, his smack remaining steady as they continued to fall on the Pikachu's rump

"Ah! Ow!" Lizzie yelped at each smack, but managed to remain still for Lt. Surge, "I hope I don't disappoint you, sir." she said in response, "Even though a friend said that in you gym it's always just a matter of time."

"Just do your best, that is all I ask." Surge said. "The spankings I give aren't because I am dissapointed, I only spank if I am sure you can do better." He explained.
