Sandy clapped her Hands. "Yaaay!" She followed her fathers and Luke out and they got to town. Sandy ran towards the toy shop and jumped up and down. "OHH! LOOK! LOOK!"

As the People noticed the Daltons, the streets grew quite empty.

And every single person ran home and locked their houses.
As Jessica saw the crowd disappear, she immediately hid her colt and box of bullets in her shirt.
"Uhm, hey it didn't take much to the town's folks to notice you." She smiled nervously.

Joe grinned "Well, we are famous after all."
"Ain't that old Winston's Toy Shop?" Asked William

Luke looked up. "Oh hello Jessica. Do you enjoy yourself?" he asked. "Sandy wanted to have some toys and as I offered some Dollars, they all agreed to behave for once..and not rob the store."

Sandy ran in and looked around. "Ohh that..and this...and that..." She looked at all the toys.

The cowgirl rolled her eyes. "Of course you would buy her toys..." She sneered kicking a pebble.
"She is your little angel..." She whispered grumpily.

Joe and the others were talking with the manager.
"Hey Winston, you wouldn't let us pay for all of this, now, would ya?"
"N-n-no!Of course mr Dalton! Take what you want! But please do not destroy the shop like the last time!" The man said trembling.

Luke looked at Jessica. "Something wrong?" He hadn't heard what exactly she had mumbled but she was clearly upset.

"Ohhh ohhh!" Sandy took as much as she could and told Averell to take some more then she went put.
"I said I would pay but not for the whole store." Sandy looked up. "Mr. Winston said I could take what I want!" Luke frowned and went in. He saw that the man was terrified. But he couldn't convince him otherwise.

"Joe. You're spoiling her too much. You will regret it." Sandy put some toys down before Jessica. "Here you look over them, i still need to check the candy shop. Come papa.." She took Averell's hand. "Let's get some candy."

"A Dalton can take whatever he or she pleases from life. That's what Pa always said. Besides is none of your business." The Dalton brothers exited the toy shop.
Jessica was about to kick the pile of toys, but didn't want to get a scolding from Luke. She didn't want to draw his attention too much.

After another pile, this time of sweets, they went back to Ma Dalton at sunset.
Jessica helped her to prepare supper, while Averell played with Sandy.

Outside, away from Luke's hearing, Joe was planning with Jack and William.

"Listen up. Tonight I'll go into the cowboy's bedroom, and shoot him in the head."
"But Joe, we're on vacation!"
"Besides, the girl will be with him."
"Don't worry, she will sleep with Sandy, so she will not be in the way. Ehehehheh!"

Sandy happily and proudly got as much toys and candies home as she could and stuffed herself while playing. Ma looked at them. "Now Averell. I don't want Sandy to spoil her appetite. Make aure she doesn't eat so much sweets before dinner."

Luke sighed. He couldn't do anything for now. He also had a bad feeling about Joe and strangely enough about Jessica.

Things were going to get complicated. Sandy would certainly agree to sleep with Jessica, but she certainly would have something against it.

"All right,Ma." Averell nodded ad he played horsey with Sandy.

At dinner, they All chatted lively about everyday things and memories. But Jessica was silent: she didn't even fight against sleeping with the kid. She was thinking about that night: she had not disobeyed Luke in a long time, and was feeling guilty.

As it was time to sleep, Sandy said good night to her fathers and her grandmother.
Then she tried to sleep.

Luke was in his room, but he wasn't sleeping deeply. As stated he had not a good feeling.

As Sandy was not used to not sleep with anyone of her fathers, she stood up and went to their room. "Papaaa! I don't want to sleep 'looone."

Averell woke up and opened the door, yawning.
"But honey you are not alone...Jessica is with you, remember?"

Thinking Sandy was asleep, she got out of the window silently, and went to the forest with an oil lamp.
When she tought to be far enough, she put down the lamp, took the gun and aimed to the the in front of her.
She breathed deeply and shoot.

Meantime Joe did get into Luke's room, but as he prepared to aim, a loud "bang" echoed from outside. As Lucky got up, Joe smiled and promptly said "Oh hey cowboy! Did you hear that noise? I came to advise you, that's all..."
