Jim shook his head and carried Leo home, thinking it was time for both boys to have a nap. "Nap time for you." he said, smiling and kissing his small head.

"Hikaru, it is nap time." Spock said to the little boy, carrying him upstairs.

Leo whined as he was carried back home, pouting slightly and fussing in Jim's arms. "No papa! I do not want to take a nap!" He whined, kicking his little feet.

The younger boy was currently sleeping against his father already, curling up into a comfortable little boy.

Jim rose a brow at the elevated voice. "Leonard Kirk, you do not yell, and yes you are taking a nap." he said firmly before tucking him in beside Hikaru as Spock tucked their other child in.

Spock nodded his head, "Yes, you must rest."

Leonard pouted, kicking his little feet in a slight temper and shaking his head. "Won't! WON'T!" He snapped, before squirming out of the bed and hiding under it to try and avoid napping. "Not a baby!" NOTNOTNOT!"

Spock lifted the bed easily, with Hikaru tucked safely in it, and then Jim reached under, grabbing Leonard and landing five firm smacks to his bottom. "Young man, you are going to wake your brother, you do not take that tone with Mama and Papa." he scolded.

Hikaru didn't even stir when his papa lifted the bed, yawning slightly and continuing to sleep happily. Leonard though squealed in panic, before crying out when his bottom was smacked by his mother. He whimpered softly, lower lip trembling before bursting into near hysterical tears and trying to force himself away from Jim.

Jim looked at his crying baby and took him out of the room, hugging him close to his chest. "Shhh, shhh baby, don't cry. It's okay. Mama and Papa still love you." he said, looking to Spock as he came over and stroked Leo's hair.

Leo continued to bawl into his arms, before beginning to cry into his mother's chest as his papa stroked his hair. "No no no...I can't...'m bad..." He said softly, cringing away from the touch of his parents.

Spock and Jim looked at one another upset, and cuddled Leonard close. "No baby, you are not bad, you were just a little bit naughty, even Mama and Papa can be like that sometimes, everyone is like that." he informed, kissing his head. "Mama and Papa love you very much baby."

Leonard whimpered softly, snuggling against both his parents as they comforted him. "I am bad Mama...no one can love me...'s what everyone always said." He said softly, looking up at his new parents and rubbing his eyes. "How can Mama and Papa be naughty?" Leonard asked, attention having been grabbed by that sentence.
