Coulson raised an eyebrow at the two as he folded his hands on the desk.
"I don't care who started this, my rules stand firm. There is to be no fighting WHAT-SO-EVER on this campus. do I make myself clear?" he said with that stern voice.

Peter ignored Flash and sunk a little in his chair. "Yes sir Principal Coulson, we won't do it again" he said and then hoped desperately that this would be the end of it and they could scuttle back to class.

But Coulson shook his head then leaned over and pulled open a drawer on his desk.
"If you two had read the student manuals that I handed out at the beginning of this semester you would be aware of what the punishment is for breaking the rules" he said and then brought out a heavy old school paddle that looked as if it had seen a lot of action in its day. At seeing this Peter froze.

"Huh . . . ? Wait, is that what I think it is?" Flash asked, equally shocked. His football coach had a similar paddle hanging in his office, but it was just decoration. It'd never been taken down from the wall, and it'd certainly never been used on any students. Heck, was that even legal up here?

"Hold on, you're not thinking of 'punishing' us with THAT, are you?!" he said, pointing at the paddle incredulously.

"Yes Mister Thompson" Coulson said calmly and stood up. "If you had been reading your student manual it would be clear to you what this is for" he said and then looked to Peter who was cringing and wishing this day would end.

"Mister Parker, I KNOW you have read the material, care to enlighten Mister Thompson?" he said crossing his arms and Peter sqirmed in his seat wishing he were dead right now but swallowed. "Yes Principal Coulson, on page 32 it says that students found brawling, fighting, or disturbing the peace during school hours will be......." he paused not wanting to say it. "P-Paddled by the School Principal"

Coulson nodded. "Very good Parker...now." Phil then turned back to flash. "Your parents have been notified and signed the waver approving of this method...just in case you were wondering Mr. Thompson and you will be sent home with a note for them to sign also, now if you will both stand up, lower your trousers and put your hands on the desk we will begin." he said and walked to the side of the desk, the large paddle in hand, and waited for Flash to comply.

Flash looked like a deer caught in the headlights. Just a minute ago he'd been at the top of the cliche highschool food chains, terrorizing his favorite target. Now for the first time he was about to pay for his bullying tendencies, and in a serious way.

He stood up on dazed legs, wondering if he tried to pinch himself if he'd wake up. They say you can't feel pain in a dream, right? Guess he'd find out as soon as the paddle landed . . . it looked like a scorcher, lying there on the principal's desk.

Moving to unzip his jeans, Flash suddenly halted. "Uhh, actually Mr. Coulson . . . I was heading out to football practice when you found us . . . " The dumb bully gave a nervous chuckle and actually blushed slightly as the implications became clear. "I've only got a jockstrap on underneath."

Coulson tilted his head to the side just a bit.

"That is not a problem Mister Thompson, as I was going to have you pull down your undergarments as well" he said giving no hint at all that he was joking and then looked over to Peter who was complying to what he said though he could see him tremble, he knew that Peter was not unaccustomed to a paddling heavens knew he got enough from Fury, it had done the kid a world of good in changing his attitude, but this was the first time he was getting it here at school.

Coulson patted the Paddle in his hand and then walked now behind the two boys. "All the way down to your knees Peter" he instructed.

"Dude! My undies? Are you serious?" Flash gaped. "But that means you'll be spankin' us bare-ass!"

When he'd revealed how he only had his athletic gear on underneath his pants, Flash had expected either to be excused back to his locker for a change of clothes or to be allowed to take the paddling on his jeans. To be told instead he'd be getting it without any protection at all was a different matter entirely. Still, despite his protests, Flash finished undoing his pants without seeming to realize it. The thing was, Flash responded to authority. And Coulson radiated it as principal of Midtown High . . . even if he was only acting principal.

He undid his belt next so that his pants drooped down halfway off his butt, before he looked over at Peter to make sure the 'geek' was keeping up with him.

Coulson knew how to handle types like Flash, they usually acted as they did because they did not have a strong authoritative figure to look up to.

"Yes, I am very serious Mister Thompson, I have a zero tolerance policy here, and I hope you will from now on think twice before crossing the rules" he spoke.

Peter knew what Coulson expected but had hoped to save some dignity by keeping his pants up a little higher but when he heard him instruct him he pushed them down to his knees and blushed and put his fingers around the waist band of his white briefs to slowly pull them down.

Coulson saw that Flash was still trying to save some dignity and shook his head. "pants pushed all the way to your knees Thompson" he said and gave a smack of the paddle in his hand to let them know he was not going to prolong this much longer.

"Ulp! R-right!" The smack of that paddle seemed to galvanize Flash into action. Seeing Peter comply fully with the directions made Flash want to as well, so as not to be thought of as a wimp. He shoved the pants down and then straightened up, the white straps of the jockstrap now framing his two buns. His butt looked round and rather muscular, especially standing beside Peter's leaner, though still nicely toned rear. Swallowing, the bully put both hands on the desk in front of him and spread his legs slightly for balance.

Coulson looked on in approval as the two boys looked ready to receive there just punishment.

"Very good" he said and then went to the side of Flash. "You will go first Mister Thompson, I am well aware that this is not your first time being involved with a scrap, you have a lot of potential Thompson, and you should not waste it." he said as a bit of a lecture then raised his arm swinging the paddle up, the air wistling faintly through the holes then he brought it down with a solid crack over Thompson's well formed cheeks. the sound reverberating off the walls in the room.

Peter winced hearing the sound and twitched this was going to be a terrible long dread of hearing Flash getting it knowing his buns were next.

"Oh, thank you sir. I--" Flash glowed happily at his potential being praised, his chest puffing out proudly, before the paddle's crack cut off whetever he'd been about to say next. "YEOWWW!" he instead yelled, not ready for such an intense sting. The paddle had sounded like a gunshot going off as it slapped against his ass, and when it lifted up again it left a nice patch of red across both handsome buttocks.

"Dude! That hurts!" he said, as if that fact came as a total surprise to him.
