[Private] Pokémon - Secrets Will Out

The landscape sped by, inching Violet Ketchum closer and closer to her doom.

... Okay, maybe that was a bit overdramatic but it wasn't as if the nerves knotting tightly in Violet's stomach would listen to that. At the start, it had been a fantastic idea and Violet couldn't have been excited. However, as she gained her sixth badge and then eventually her seventh badge, the eighteen-year-old came firmly crashing down to Earth with a Jurrasic sized crater.

A soft hand grasped her shaking one and Violet's brown eyes travelled up to meet warm green eyes.

"It'll be okay," Robert assured her and his voice was so gentle that Violet wanted to believe it with all of her heart. "Just... focus on getting the Cascade Badge for now. Your parents aren't expecting anything else, right?" Violet swallowed a lump.

"... R-Right." She took a deep breath. "You're right. I'll concentrate on kicking my mom's ass... and then..." Her eyes dropped down once more. "I guess I'll tell them when the time is right."

She believed in her words less as the train came to its final stop: Cerulean City.

Misty was training with her Pokemon as warm up for today's Pokemon battle from trainers ranging from new to very season. She was wondering if her daughter was going to battle her or her sisters will do the battle, since of emotional attachment between her and her eldest daughter.

Susan was coming from the store with Ash. They was doing last minute shopping for their own family's vacation, that started later that week. The gym would be closed,unless Jasmine would take over for next three weeks.

Violet and Robert, still hand in hand, stepped down from the train carefully onto the platform. Both quickly checked they still had all their belongings, and once satisfied they set off from Cerulean City train station back to their homes. The raven-haired girl hadn't planned to challenge her mother until after at least a couple of days of training. Her mother, after all, would be the hardest badge for her to obtain—not least because Violet was a Fire type trainer.

The walk to their homes, which weren't too far away from the other, was so done in silence. No doubt the gravity of the decision the pair had made a couple of months was weighing heavily on their minds.

Misty open up the door "Julia, I am home. Do you have your clothes pack for the trip to the Orange islands?" She called out to middle aged daughter "Your brother and sister finished packing last night"

Ash and Susan was just pulling into the driveway

The mother's call was met on deaf ears; Julia Ketchum was in the middle of taking a well-earned (in her opinion, anyway) nap. Her bed quilt twisted around her body, her red hair tangled up in the sheets as she peacefully slept away. Her little brother, Taylor, was quietly watching TV in the room. Every so often he would glance back to his sister to make sure she hadn't woken up.

It was just Violet now. She and Robert had parted, Robert planting a final kiss on her forehead and promising everything would be okay before disappearing into his home. The teenager stood just around the corner from her home. As her eyes fell onto her sister and especially her father, the nerves increased tenfold.

How would everything be okay?

Her fists shaking, Violet took a deep breath, stepped around the corner and swiftly walked up to the driveway before her father and sister could enter the gym.

"I... I-I'm home."

Ash smiled brightly as he saw Susan racing up to her eldest sister
"Hi, Violet, welcome home." commented Susan as Ash pulled some items that they brought at Pokeshop "Rest of the family will be very happy that you are home for visit" Susan added to her earlier statement.

Misty rolled her eyes fonally at scenery before her She quietly asked "Taylor, how long has she been asleep for?"

As much as he was creating anxiety in her, Violet returned her father's infectious smile as she bent down to catch her youngest sister. She tightly wrapped her arms around the young girl and planted a fast flurry of kisses into her black hair.

"How much did you miss me?" she asked Susan, pulling back from the hug. "Was it this much?" She held her arms out as wide as they could go.

Taylor rolled his eyes up to the ceiling, tongue sticking out.

"Ummm.... two thirty minutes, Mommy."

"Very much, Violet" Susan giggles as Ash closed the distance "Violet, can you please open up the door or let go of Susan,so she can open the door for me"

"Hey, you excited for our family's vacation in the sun and warmth of the orange islands" asked Misty, closing the distance and pick up her only son

"Sure, Dad." Violet let go of her sister and opened the door for her father. Then she picked up some groceries from the car herself and walked alongside her dad. "How has everyone been?"

Looking just like his dad, Taylor beamed brightly and nodded his head.

"Uh-huh." The smile faded somewhat. "I wish that Violet was here to come with us, though."

Misty smiled sadly "I know that we all wish that Violet would came with us. But you know, She enjoying her time with her boyfriend Robert, following your father foot step." Misty sift him on her hip "Grandma Jasmine and Delia will be coming over in two hours. So you better not pull any prank on them. Do you under stand Taylor Brook Ketchum?"

"You know we all miss you alot. Taylor and your mother miss you alot more then us" Commented Ash walking into the kitchen. "Honey I am home"he called out"

Misty with Taylor her hip came in the kitchen and had face of deer in head light look after seeing Violet sanding there "Violet i-is that you dear?" stuttered a surprised Misty
