Problem Reporting This section is for Forum problems, do you have an issue with something? code errors? content issues? post your concerns here and we the staff will address these concerns and also have a permanant record of them which also means its easier to remember when working on the site (note: users will only be able to see their own threads and reply to them, staff can see all, also all posts are moderated and will appear once we are dealing with them) |
Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

problem viewing animeotk with firefox
hello, i've been using animeotk for years now, and suddenly ran into a problem with it that only happens with firefox. i have no idea why it changed, and it's been this way now for a couple of months. i've attached a picture showing this problem. as you can see, the color of the text has changed to make the majority of the page basically unreadable unless highlighted
in addition, i was unable to attach the file showing the problem or use any of the editor buttons with firefox (i'm using chrome at the moment just for this). i haven't had this problem with any other website, so this is rather perplexing. my firefox is up to date
i'd appreciate any help that anyone could give, and thank you for a wonderful site ^_^

Delete your cookies and cache, temporary internet files and other saved info?
Thats... odd, I'll leave it to our coders - but I'm sure I don't need to tell you at least 30% of our audience use firefox daily and this is the first I think we've heard of it. Might be some bugged data thats caught up in your system.

Looks to me like it's not loading the css style sheets. Are you running any firefox plugins that might block stuff, like ad blockers perhaps? I believe both firefox and chrome now have built in development tools that will let you look at the loaded files. See if firefox is not loading what it is supposed to.
