The first one's rather erotic - I think it's okay to have one like that. Many "lying close to each other" poses could work.
The second one is the same as 19. The spanker could be positioned in many ways.
The third and fifth one are among my favourites - I can't believe I missed them!
As for the fourth, while not a position per se, I agree that the concept of co-operative spanking deserves a picture. Same for multiple spankees. Maybe it would be best to find something that only works with two spankers; for two spankees, I added one with them leaning against each other (the spanker can circle them and swat each in turn).
Also took "horsed over someone's back" from the article Lolo linked.

I see no protests, so I suppose the schoolgirl theme is okay with everyone; but to give it enough time, let's wait over the weekend. If there are no complaints, then it'll be the Traditional Discipline Research Club of XYZ Academy (need to come up with a name) holding an event for the culture festival!
We can then decide on the uniform (any preferences? sailor suit or blazer?) and everyone can start designing their club member.

for a theme, I suggest we decide on a uniform for spankees and a uniform for spankers, then let the artists decide on the characters looks and state of undress, since some of the positions may be more suited for less clothing. Also, we should probably decide on a set background that fits the theme, or just leave the characters imposed on a white background.

I also suggest that all works be colored. Not that I particularly enjoy colouring, but to make the uniforms more distinct.

I hadn't thought of separating spankers and spankees... If there were different uniforms, wouldn't that mean the students were from different schools? I'm not really opposed to it, especially if it was a sort of combined middle and high school. There are other ways to have variety too: gym uniforms, optional cardigans, varying skirt lengths (they might be off or crumpled most of time anyway...) and yes, state of undress should definitely be left to the artist.
But now that we have support for two options - everyone creates one character, or character looks completely up to artist - I'd like more feedback on which we should choose. My personal preference is the former, but I'm not going to dictate if people want more freedom.

The focus is on the poses so I think the pictures should have a simple background, if any. Some positions require furniture, but that's about all that's needed.

I know I'm going to colour but greytones can look good too. I'd at least recommend colour though, if only for uniformity. Some light colouring shouldn't be too much trouble.

Oh, the thread is featured on the front page now. Neat. I'm fine with the uniforms in that banner by the way. Very simplistic and easy to imitate.

- suspended by legs (instead of hands, as in #20)

- hand-stand; legs being held up

- head-stand; more stability, so legs can be held spread

- two chairs back to back; spankee with knees on one, and hands on the other, with waist over the backs of the chairs (From one of Crimson Kid's stories)

- standing in on tip toes in front of seated spanker, facing away from spanking hand, hands holding clothing item out of way (from 'For a Flower' story, I think)

- OTK variant: straddled over a single knee.
- OTK variant: held over two-three laps, adjacent to each other
- OTK variant: held over two opposite laps... variety of options here.

Has anyone discussed how much of the variety of spanking doesn't only come from the position, but from the method and implement as well? I.e. spanked after a bath; caned quickly vs. hand-spanked slowly and soundly, etc. Spanking "uniforms" can also make a difference.

Deep horse stance. It's a stress position I used to make my ex Subby Gal hold; if she tried to straighten up at all to ease the strain on her muscles, I'd take a cane or other implement to her well-presented backside.

Fap^3: So it seems, thanks to our moderator participant. The uniforms are just a placeholder for now.

- Yup, it was mentioned in the original suggestion. Maybe we could have both or have the artist choose.
- I guess a hand-stand could really be done. Most "normal" positions are probably covered so let's go crazy.
- Or the artist could choose between this and hand-stand.
- There's one kneeling and one all fours position already, but this is at least an option to consider for either.
- Again, there's one standing position already, but tip-toes is certainly good. Goes for bending over too. I guess it doesn't hurt to add these. We don't risk going over 48 yet and even if we do, it's easy to prune.
- OTK has countless variants so maybe doing two reasonably different ones would be good.

Sure, implements etc. could make a whole different project themselves, but the focus here is the position. Since details are left for each artist, I believe we'll see good variation on other things too. Thanks for your feedback!

I would suggest letting the artist choose what they are wearing as well. As long as the clothing does not hide the position as well.
