The Queen’s New Disciplinarian (Tangerine and lowmobile)

Three hours past the scheduled time, Queen Selene finally showed up in the throne room. The clicking of her high-heels showed no sign of hastiness. With her usual grace, she took her time striding and crossing into the adjacent room to, at last, attend the meeting she wanted to be arranged.

The stark sunlight coming from the windows bounced off her golden crown, while her fancy dress didn't fully hide another type of bouncing that accompanied the woman's strutting. The embroidered garment was only long enough to reach her thighs, and not the floor like proper royal garb often did.

“Good afternoon,” she said while walking alongside the long table. Once at the head of the table, she gingerly lowered her wide bum onto the seat. “Now then. The new disciplinarian, correct?” Selene said to the applicant. This meeting was supposed to be about deciding on someone fit to take on the newly created role of royal disciplinarian at the castle.

“What makes you believe then, you are indeed qualified for the task?” Her judgmental gaze scanned the candidate. In her bright eyes, which she had trained on this one, every applicant was a humble loser at first glance. Although it wasn't necessarily true, it worked better than assuming every candidate was competent enough to join the castle staff. “You see, it demands high dexterity with various tools.” Squinting, she tapped her slender digits on the table. “On top of bare-handed proficiency, of course.”

Soren sighed and relaxed into his seat as he waited for the queen. It was well passed their arranged meeting time, right? The attendants just kept saying, she would be there soon. His tight thin dark brown leather pants were starting to chafe his muscular thighs a little - he had chosen them in order to impress the queen and seem more stern. He ran his fingers through his raven colored hair.

"That's right, your highness," he said, masking his annoyance and relief at her final appearance. "I am Soren. I am educated on the various behavioral therapy theories as well as experienced as I have worked for several nobles as a disciplinarian." Truthfully, he was exaggerating his experience as he had only been working for 8 months, but he felt that was appropriate as he quickly had taken to the trade.

"I am more than familiar with all the common implements...and some less common and unique ones as well," he added with a subtle sadistic grin. "And of course, the ever so important bare hand on bare skin techniques."

"I run a very organized discipline schedule centered on the fair treatment. Infractions are treated the same, whether committed by a chamber maid or a visiting noble. Your highness yourself will not be excluded." He knew he was being bold, threatening the Queen. Hopefully she would be amused or even impressed instead of insulted or disgusted.

Although experience and know-how were important, as they would be for any other job really, one could argue that enthusiasm was the secret ingredient to have satisfactory results. It basically meant having a disciplinarian who enjoyed his job.

“Hm. I don't believe I have ever heard of such field of education?” Selene shot a glance at her trusty chamberlain Marian, who was simply standing in the corner of the room, although she tended to be the one who sent people to corners. She lifted her arms to either side, shrugging.

“Anyhow. Unique or classic, the royal arsenal for sure isn't lacking in implements Sir Sore End,” the witty queen affirmed, causing a brief chuckle to burst out in the corner. “Although I'm not fully convinced you're perfectly capable of dealing with certain wrongdoers,” she adjusted herself on her seat, her bum shifting about slightly, “it could be just amusing to see your struggle.”

Marian stepped forward, walking up to the table. Her dark tunic matched her hair, while her white leggings almost competed with Selene’s porcelain skin. They also created a distraction in the castle, given how much the garment defined her firm buttocks. She laid a parchment on the table, smoothing its edges. “There is the contract. As you can see, the practice and the reach of the duty don't exclude anyone.” She tapped the bottom of the page, right where the signature was needed.

“If valid allegations are raised,” Selene called out, instead of arguing against it.

"Well, it is a new discipline, if you will pardon the pun, of behavioral psychology. I could provide additional recommendations, but I'm sure you will see I am more than up for the task."

He smirked slightly at her pun off his name. Soren had been so focused on the queen, he had barely noticed Marian until she stood forward, contract in hand. She was certainly as striking as the queen - but she seemed so disciplined, he wondered if he'd get an opportunity to scold her.

He read the contract - he had heard of royals inserting weird details into their contracts - but at least at his brief skimming, nothing seemed too bizarre. In fact, it seemed rather fair. He signed the contract.

"Well regarding such allegations...I believe your highness was late to this meeting. Your lady as well," he added gesturing at Marian.

“It is a profession best proved through action rather than some verbal or written recommendations,” Selene suggested. Without doubt, the opportunity to take such actions would arise, allowing him to show if he was indeed good at it. Perhaps sooner than expected.

“Ooh. Favourite part of my job. Waiting for the ink to dry,” the sarcastic chamberlain tapped her boot onto the floor. After some time, she plucked the freshly signed contract and rolled it up. In the meantime, Marian had somehow already entered his list of people who needed to be disciplined. She couldn't have blamed him really. If her naturally lifted tush could raise speculations across the town if her trousers were padded, it must be decent enough to be instantly desired.

“Oh me?” Marian chuckled. “You wish..” Holding the contract, she leaned back against the wall.

And when it came to lists with, well, larger scopes, there was of course Selene. “Are you accusing me of tardiness?” The Queen called out. “As the Queen, there are many important matters that require me.”

“Which you, your Majesty, should attend to in a timely manner,” Marian added.

“That's not wrong, but.. The disciplinarian’s handbook must be rather thick if it includes every trivial inconvenience such as this one.” She slightly corrected her crown. “And wouldn't it be a bigger misdeed to shove the must-be-too-tired Sir into immediate duty?”

Soren tried to suppress a smile as Marian corrected Queen Selene. "The Lady is correct. Being busy is not an excuse for making others wait. And you will find my energy levels to always be in excellent condition" He moved his seat to an open section of the floor and sat down. "Perhaps, this is an opportunity for you to directly observe my technique. Queen, please lay yourself over my lap for a disciplinary spanking."

Would the Queen really submit? Would Marian watch the humiliating spectacle for the queen. He savored the idea of the queen's full bottom helplessly wiggling on his lap.

“Your promptness is only too convenient against my alleged lateness,” Selene said. A thud was then heard from the end of the room as Marian made sure the door was properly closed. “Well.” Selene traded some glances with her. It seemed it was indeed time to showcase that she wasn't above the rules. Unhardened due to the amenities of an entitled life, the Queen’s bum finally rose. She wasn't in haste while walking across the room. Eventually though, she stood beside Soren, looking at his lap.

“You have to extend your arms out, slowly bend down, and lower your body onto it,” the chamberlain explained, which was probably not needed.

“Huh? I obviously know what to do!” Selene spoke up. Before long, she proceeded to bend over his lap. While having a big, sumptuous throne was supposed to represent the grandness of the kingdom, it became evident that it was also a physical requirement when she placed her queenly bottom on his lap.

"Alleged?" he retorted, making a mental note to scold her for that. Time seemed like an eternity as he waited for her to make her way to his side. He couldn't help but wonder how she would take this? Pure embarrassment? Resignation to her duty? He couldn't deny the anticipation he had in waiting for the cute noises and facial expressions he expected her to make over his lap.

He suppressed a smirk as Marian instructed the queen on how to take a spanking. Surely the chamberlain was just encouraging her. He wondered if he should pull her over - but he figured since it was the first time, it would be better for the queen to submit to it on her own.

Instead of ogling that platter from behind, Marian stood before her queen. The dutiful brunette gingerly plucked Selene’s crown from her golden head. “We can't have this rolling on the floor like a kitten’s yarn ball if it comes to that. It would be a bad omen,” she explained herself. Apart from that precaution, she didn't meddle further with the spankee’s position. Instead, she sat on the edge of the table. “Also Sir, I advise you to dismiss that smile and be more serious. There isn't anything funny about delayed royal business matters.”

“I even opted for a humble garb today instead of one that would require three handmaidens to put on. Just to start the day early without delay,” Selene claimed, pulling on her short dress. Considering its length, it was a struggle to make sure nothing beyond her fair thighs peeked.

The hem of her dress started to flutter like a banner in the breeze. There was of course no wind in the room all of a sudden, but a pair of wobbling cheeks that ruffled the cloth from below. “Really? It's just gonna start like this?” The Queen asked. Perhaps she believed her prestigious bottom was worthy of a more ceremonious approach, whereas this felt like the casual berating of a random brat. “Oop-”

“But, my Queen,” Marian started, pausing as the disciplinarian’s hand moved from one cheek to the other, “you wouldn't be otk in the first place if the disciplinary code granted you special treatment.“

Soren quickly removed his smile as Marian chastened him. "Excuse me, I was only smiling because I was happy my skills are being tested so soon," he lied, It made sense that Marian removed the queen's crown, but part of him enjoyed the reminder of the crown and monarch that was over his lap.

"Your dress today is appropriate for receiving punishment, so I'm sure we will save time due to your fortuitous choice," he said even handedly as he continued to pepper her backside with spanks. His palm was starting to sting ever so slightly, but he knew he needed to push through.

"And your chamberlain is right, your commitment to a just treatment is enviable." He buttered her up, before gathering his next thought. "But surely a spanking over the seat of your skirt wouldn't be enough for this offense. Is not the extra pain and humiliation of being bare more appropriate?"
