Tymun hadn´t wanted to hurt Gwen. When he noticed she still wanted to help he sighted and shook his head. "Gwen, you´re nine years old. Don´t take it personally but I doubt you would be much help in a real battle.", he tried to explain to the Young Girl before he had an idea. "But if you really want to be of help someday I could Show you how to fight.", he offered, even though as a dwarf he did not like the idea. They tended to shelter their women, for there were only a few and a dwarf women Fighting in the army was basicly unheard of.

She pouts a little when she was told she would not be much help in the battle. "You don't know that." she tells him. While she did like the idea of him teaching her to fight, she shook her head. "Why not tomorrow? I'm sure I will not be the only new warriors in the ranks." she said. "I mean I'm taller then most of the dwarfs here anyway. So I can give an edge in the height department."

"Yes I do. I´ve seen real battle and what it does to People. Believe me its not pretty. Forget the songs and tales.", Tymun said. Now he was getting frustrated. Why was Gwen so stubborn?
"You might be taller, but we´ll be Fighting orcs and dark elves which are even taller than that.", he explained.

Gwen whines as she feels like he does not believe in her. Telling her that the enemy will be taller then her. "I know that!" she tells her and crosses her arms. "Just let me show you that I can fight!" she yells. "You off working in the minds. You don't know what I do when you are away! I might be a better fighter then you!"

"You want to show me that you can fight? Very well… then attack me. We´ll see how good you are.", Tymun said sceptically and took a few steps backwards, creating some distance between himself and his daughter. He did not like how Gwen forced him into this, but maybe if he allowed her this opportunity to prove herself she would be more reasonable.

She watched as he took a few steps. Gwen took a few deep breath, knowing you have to be calm in a fight. She tightly gripped onto the old shovel and took charge. "Aaah!" she screams and run up to him. Swinging the shovel back to pick up momentum. Before swinging full forces towards Tymun.

Tymun hadn´t much Trouble to dodge the blow since he had actual combat experience and was suprisingly agile for a dwarf. He grabbed Gwen by her shoulder and applied two firm spanks to her posterior. "Not bad for a beginner, but on the battlefield you are going to get yourself killed nonetheless.", he judged and looked at the Young Girl with a serious Expression on his face.

She gasped as she was grabbed by the shoulder and then howls in pain as she was suddenly swatted by her father. "They are not gonna spank me!" she said with a pout on her face. Feeling like he was not taking her seriously. So she gets out of his hold and tries to hit him again.

"What else should I do to show you how easy it is to get past your Defence? Strike you?", Tymun argued when Gwen was complaining about getting spanked. He was taking this very seriously. Somehow the Little Girl was able to wiggle out of his grasp and attack again. This time Tymun blocked the strike wih both of his arms.

Even though he was blocking she was doing everything she could to break through it. "Yes! That's what they will do and if I fall in battle it gets us more time." she tells him. Making sound like throwing her life away was so simple. It's not like she wants to perish, but she feels like this is a chance to be more likeable among the dwarfs.
