Agatha Shelly, 20 year old blond was sitting in her dorm. It was midnight and her peachy skin was losing some glow from all the stress she had-this skin would make or break her grade! This was probably the biggest assignment of her life-she just had fo finish! And best of all, her top of the line computer was rushing like a race car!

The aforementioned top-of-the-line computer was leaning next to the desk on which she worked, watching the girl's fingers fly as they furiously spelled out words on the keyboard. It wasn't really the computer itself, but rather, the piece of technology's humanoid avatar, something that came with every new invention. She was a tall, slender woman, with long black hair that shined in the dull light of the computer screen. Her blue eyes had something of a lazy, bored quality to them. Obviously, she thought a computer as powerful as herself should be used to do interesting things, like run some computer game with advanced graphics, or be used in editing a movie. But, no. Young Agatha here seemed to be content with typing out her college paper. Crystal was slightly offended. This was something any old typewriter could do. If that's all Miss Shelly intended to do, that's what she should have bought.

"Agatha? How much longer do you intend to spend on that?" Crystal inquired, her voice rather dull and condescending, as if she was talking to someone who clearly didn't understand what she was capable of.

"Just a little bit longer Crystal." Agatha told her as she kept typing, "I need to get this paper done as soon as possible." It was almost like a broken record since she said that 15 minutes ago, "Then we'll do something that isn't boring you to sleep mode."

Crystal rolled her big, blue eyes, clearly displeased with her owner's answer.

"That's what you said before," she sighed, disapprovingly, until suddenly, a mischievous glint appeared in her dull eyes. A terribly wicked idea had formed in the artificial intelligence's mind. If Agatha wasn't going to have any fun with her, then she would have fun with Agatha! "How much longer do you think... It sure looks like you've done a LOT of work..."

The computer was now bending over to view the screen, her black skirt pressed against her tight, thin bottom.

"Yes, indeed..."

Agatha couldn't help but blush as the artificial lifeform flaunted her nice, shapely, sexy-WHAT WAS SHE THINKING?! SHE WAS A MACHINE!

"C-Crystal, stop that." the flustered student whined, "I have to f-finish my work." she insisted.

"Yes, you've definitely been working very hard on this..." Crystal muttered, ignoring her owner's pleas. "This must have taken you hours! Oh, yes, it has. I timed it."

Her blue eyes continued to scan what was written.

"My! It seems you have something very well-written on your hands!" Crystal commented. "I bet all your hard work is going to- Oop!"

Crystal's hand suddenly shot to her mouth, which had formed an "O" shape. The computers screen flickered black, and suddenly, the startup screen for the operating system was displayed. The computer had restarted, and Agatha's hours of hard work seemed to be lost.

"Oh... Looks like a hardware malfunction," Crystal sighed, straightening up and strutting back around to the side of the desk where she had been leaning before. "What a shame, what a shame..."

Shaking her beautiful head with mock disappointment, her eyes stole a glance at Agatha, seeing how the student would react.

Time and space seemed to stop around Agatha, her eye twitching in absolute horror and agongy...

"...That...that didn't just happen." She searched the files, "Nonono...it just happened. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN?! WHY DID YOU DO THAT, CRYSTAL?!" broke down tbe student in a blind rage.

Crystal was trying hard to stifle her giggles at Agatha's misfortune. It wasn't quite as mean as it seemed. After all, Crystal would be able to recover the undamaged file with no effort whatsoever, but the rather mischievous artificial intelligence was not going to tell her owner this yet.

"Me?" Crystal demanded, her hand pressed against the chest of her formal, blue dress shirt, in what was intended to be a shocked pose. "I would never do such a thing! It seems that my hardware is merely failing... Nothing can be done... So sorry about your loss..."

In the most condescending way possible, Crystal patted Agatha upon her blonde head.

"Calm down, kid. You'd better get typing if you're going to get that grade..."

Agatha fumed, "Crystal! That took me hours to type up!" she roared, "And how can your hardware be failing? You're a new model...and I got you a month ago!" She was far from pleased, "And...and...you've been acting like...like a brat!"

"Oh, I don't know..." Crystal said, confidently calm, despite her owner's angry state. "Probably dust in the case. Clogged up one of my fans... Caused me to overheat. You can pop it open and have a look yourself!"

Of course, this was fall from the truth. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the computer, except for maybe the fact that it had a bad attitude.

"And I'm the brat here? Excuse me, Agatha, but may I remind you that you're the one throwing the tantrum here?" the admittedly very bratty computer said. "Perhaps you should look in the mirror. Or, use the webcam built into my monitor."
