Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:

Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

If I had to guess, it was the idea that "positive karma" would permit the character to spank others.

This is actually a pretty similar mechanic to something I was working on. I haven't posted anything yet because I wanted to have at least a couple scenes working and so far I only have the mechanics. It starts on a farm where you have daily chores that have to be done. If you don't complete the chores you get spanked before bed. Eventually I was going to make it move into a magic school and make the school, kind of a mix between a spanko Hogwarts and the white tower from Wheel of time.

Anyway the reason I tell you is because I am using a couple of the free to use plugins to make it real time and have day/night cycles (the OrangeTimeSystem www.hudell.com). They have been really well made and worked pretty easily to get my time cycles working.

Precisely! Well, there will be a good deal of spankings you can give out even without high karma, but it opens the doors a bit more. With high karma, characters will go from "hm? should MC-kun really be spanking that person...?" to "Oh, what a diligent spanker MC-kun is, maybe I should give them a hairbrush."

That sounds like a lot of fun. Sounds like you'd have to do at least two or three playthroughs to get all scenes, I like the idea of that.
Oddly enough a goody-two-shoes like me would probably end up with low karma because I'm a dick to video game characters I control. xD

Anyway, I couldn't see anything for VX ace, unless I'm blind, but your project sounds cool!

Nadja: If you insist on getting spanked so often, your character will pass out from pain, and the day will skip to the next, so behave! Otherwise, y'know... you won't get to do much.

In related news, the end scene of Spanquest is finished. I'm gonna clear some other bugs up and put it out tonight.

Aww, at least lotion and stuff will be there, right? I must admit I abused the hell out of the poor girl in Spanquest half the time. xD

Hah, should make a game that detects a string of obviously bad choices, make that a path for a super quick 'YOU WIN' end of game, and then the game deletes itself :P.

Itsssss not that easy. There are only two window sizes for rpgmaker vx ace (the program I use), the windowed size, and fullscreen. You can make any game fullscreen with alt+enter, but there is no way known to me to resize the the window. Nadja is using MV, so maybe that has some options, but I'm not in the position to spend 80$ for a graphical upgrade, y'know?

As Bagool said, I'm using MV for my game, but it's not a setting there either. Unless maybe some plugin does it?
Either way, just ain't doable, and the cost of the software is nuts so ain't worth it for something minor.

Plus, far as I can tell there's very few resources available for MV compared to VX, so if you want to make a complex game the older software might actually be better for the time being, even if it isn't as user friendly.
