Kat was on a planet called Ganda, a beautiful tropical paradise with plenty of sun and a big coastline. Her ancestor was from England but she had not had much interaction with the old world until the stories of Matteo became infamous. He was quite a character and she had followed his case up to the point where he got caught.

The general public were completely against him. She knew that the peniata system wasn't that prevalent back on earth but the people of their galaxy took it as commonplace. The mother's were usually trained to not go over the line but with Matteo being who he is, there were no limits to his punishments. The people at home were expecting a hard one, something he wouldn't have expected.

"Yes sweetheart, that's a symbol of a hard time penny. I suppose you didn't have the system back home in the old world so I'll explain.

You are here to be rehabilitated. You will be living a good life, the government thought you shouldn't have any difference in lifestyle." She smirked. "You also possess the highest level of intelligence, something we value out here. You could be useful to the community here, Matteo. I'll be making sure your skills are maximised with plenty of school and perks." She had him on her lap as she spoke, the car driving through the coastline.

"But there's also the issue of spanking." She looked at the camera and winked. "Tell me, have you been spanked before?" She asked, letting the camera linger on his expression.

Matteo was actually pleased at first when she praised his intelligence, and he couldn't understand why his body would betray him by acting like that. And then he figured it out. When she started to blather on about his skills and perks and stuff like that he tuned her out, only listening enough to know when he needed to respond to something she said. His skills were already top notch thanks!

At least he would be living a high-class lifestyle. That would actually made his job a lot easier. Although in rich areas the police were better trained, they had also never encountered anyone like him on this quiet backwater planet. Matteo had no way of knowing that his legend had spread even here and that the police had specially trained to handle him when they were made aware he would be rejuived here.

He cuddled with her for two reasons, because it kept his cover and because it was actually pretty nice. That was the nano webs again he knew.

He sighed when she asked about the spankings. "I got the belt all the time as a kid," he answered. It was true that his culture had very little tolerance for naughty kids.

Kat loved his smile, the boy was quite adorable and she showed it with a lot of affectionate cuddling and kisses. The house was about five minutes away as they entered the wealthy part of the city. There weren't many pennys out here so the police was specifically trained for Matteo. They even had a person tracking him at all times.

"I see." Kat smiled at his words knowing he was used to being spanked. She was loathe to be stuck with someone who hadn't been punished. Matteo had plenty to atone for so she was happy he was familiar with it. "That's good. You will be intimately familiar with mommy's belt over your stay." It wasn't that Matteo was unprepared for spankings, but he was shocked at what his new mommy was describing. He knew he was in for it, but he thought his first day would be bad and then things would settle down some. He didn't actually think she intended to spank him all the time and that information shocked him so much that he let his facade slip for just a moment.

He was going to have to escape sooner than he had planned if that was the case, before the pain broke him. He knew all about torture, though he hadn't expected to be facing it in an environment where he was told he was going to have a safe childhood.

He expected some spankings and spankings for sure when he was naughty, but this sounded like endless torture and he wondered how he was meant to grow up with anything but hate and bitterness if that was actually going to be the case?

Kat saw his expression, finally relieved he was dropping part of his act. Of course he wouldn't be getting spanked all the time but he was a child so his processing was suspect of course.

Oh well, only three to five daily spankings then...that was no big deal. This woman was crazy, Matteo decided. He needed to escape as soon as possible, but until then he had to behave. Matteo did his best to get back into the loving penny role, but the next thing she said shocked him to his core.

His expression tightened when she told him about the special punishment days and how often he would be having them. He remembered something else that he had read in the penny lit he had been given. Normally even penny's had limits on how hard they could be spanked or how much, but the special punishment days which were on holidays where other kids were having fun, removed those limits. Full force spankings with allowed even encouraged, and for those days no worries about marked up the penny's bottom was happened. Nano lotion could fix the worst of the damage anyway.

Matteo had no idea that his bottom had been given a special treatment that had only recently been developed, one that gave him rapid healing on his bottom, allowing for the spankings to be on a fresh bottom much sooner than usual. "But, mommy they don't have that many holidays," he protested the news about the special punishment days.

Kat heard his protestations and nodded. "You are right, there isn't. But yours is special days which will be broadcast as a bi monthly special- Matteo's special day, it's called. You will be having the first one next week and every other Friday after that. It's going to be a themed punishment if you wish, what would you like for the first one?" She asked him, leading her son into her mansion.

It was huge. Kat was enormously wealthy in her past life and she had the good sense to invest it well, which meant ironically she had more money than Matteo did. She had spent it wisely as well but the home, she splurged in. There was plenty of wide open spaces, a few swimming pools, an outside private beach and a special playing area which she had specially made for him with all sorts of climbing and exercise stuff and the floor was made of soft foam which wouldn't hurt him. She also had a lot of video games- the educational type which would improve his cognitive skills.

"What do you think of the place so far?" She asked him with a smile.

He wasn't happy that his special punishment days were going be to broadcast, but it was okay because he was going to be here for one at max and then he would be gone. "What do you mean by themed punishment mommy?"

They continued to explore the house and he thought that she might be richer then he had been. It sure seemed like it because this house was total bonkers. It had several indoor swimming pools that were different colors, and one of them looked like it had special taps that he suspected filled the entire pool with bubble bath or something equally crazy. He noticed that outside their was a special private beach, he knew it was private because that was the cleanest beach he had ever seen and the sand and water looked perfect. The little kid part of him thought he would be able to make the most perfect sand castles in that sand. Stupid freaking nano webs!

His eyes also noticed the special playing area. At first the foam floor confused him, then he noticed everything there was specially sized for him. She had spent all that money for him? Why? She was just his jailer and spanker, why would she spend so much money on him?

For the first time he had doubts about trying to escape. What if he did escape and they caught him and placed him with someone else? Did he really want all this to go away?

"I don't understand mommy. Why?" he asked as he waved his hand at the stuff for him. "I thought I was a penny."

Kat chuckled at his question. "Themed punishment? I guess it's anything to make it fun for you. There's usually games for Easter and other days, I was thinking...well, since it's going to be hell for you, I'll do something to make the in between spanking time fun." She offered. "You can think about it later, just remember that the day is one where I have no restrictions on roasting your hiney, and I don't have much anyway."

As she led him through the house, she loved watching his expression. A lot of indoor pools were kid sized which she made after learning about him. She also had commissioned the game set for his size. It felt natural for her, after all.

So when she heard him speak, she paused. "oh, yes you are. But I told you, you are a special case." Kat smiled, lifting him up and spinning him around, kissing his cheek before going over to the couch, sitting him on her lap facing her. "You are also my son." She said with a warm hug. "You aren't going to be bounced around from one family to the next. I will be taking care of you for your whole sentence. You will have stability and plenty of love from me sweetheart." She smiled warmly.

"So like pirates for the first one?" Matteo had no idea why he was saying these things. He should be planning his escapes! But yet he was trying to settle in now and questioning about if he should even try to escape.

He was actually happy about the prospect of not being bounced from family to family as if he was going to be here that long...what was wrong with him? Given that his bottom was still bare, he could feel the skin of her legs on his bottom. And it wasn't a horrible feeling either.

"I don't understand how if you are gonna spank me all the time," he said in a token protest.
