Reunited at Last (Naughty Pirate)

Mozenrath shook his head quickly, not wanting to admit that he could have a chance at a family. "People like me do not get families. We do not get a happy ending." He said quietly, snuggling up to the larger man in spite of himself. "Aladdin will not let you bring me back."

Cassie held his son close, rocking a little bit and pressing a kiss to his forehead. "I know Little One, and you are forgiven. All is well." He soothed, rubbing Aladdin's back as his youngest snuggled close to him.

Faried smiled aborted and rubbed his back.
"Your father said he same thing, not too long ago," he told the young man.
"He did not feel worthy of having found Aladdin when he could not find you. We did all we could, but this magic is strong here. You hid well," he told him.
"But we found you, and Aladdin will have no say in where we live. We are a family, Mozenrath."

Aladdin sniffled and squirmed.
"Is he coming back with us?" He asked, softly.

Mozenrath considered the older man's words for a moment, before heaving a sigh and shaking his head. "Aladdin always has a say. It is foolish to believe I could belong to a family. I am evil...I enjoy being evil. You cannot change that." He pointed out quietly, before rubbing the tears off his cheeks quickly. "And everyone in Agrabah listens to Aladdin. I have no place there."

"Yes Little One. Your brother is coming back with us." Cassie said firmly, rubbing Aladdin's back slowly and kissing his hair.

"I think we shouldn't return to Agrabah right away," Faried said, softly.
"We need some time to bond, as a proper family, Mozenrath. The universe is rarely so lazy as to give us this opportunity and wish us to separate," he said, rocking a bit.
"You have a place with us. Always, lad."


"But...the sultan," Aladdin said softly, wiping at his tears.
"He won't like it, and Mozenrath probably won't even come," he added.

Mozenrath considered this, before shaking his head. "I do not want Aladdin as my family." He grumbled softly, squirming a little bit on his sore bottom. "I just want to go back to my citadel...families are boring. There are rules and all sorts of boring things." He pointed out, lips pouting outward as he considered that fact.

"I will handle the Sultan. Besides, perhaps one day you can count Mozenrath as an ally. That would be worth a great deal to Agrabah." Cassim said gently, wiping Aladdin's tears away and smoothing down the messy shock of hair.

"You don't get to choose your family, Mozenrath," Faried said with a smile.
He smoothed the boys hair from his pale face, amd kissed his cheek.
"We must take this chance to create a family, amd this second chance. "


Aladdin sighed, and ruffles his hair, a nervous habit from his childhood.
"He has nothing I want," he said, a little petulant.

Mozenrath pouted slightly, before glancing up at the older magician. "What if I do not want the second chance? What if I do not want a family?" He grumbled softly, looking down at his hands and sighing.

Cassim smiled slightly, before smoothing his son's messy hair back down. "But if he were to be on our side, would that not mean Agrabah was safe from one of it's greatest threats? And Mozenrath is family Aladdin."

'Family does not give up on family," Faried said, firmly. He rubbed the boys' arms.
"You may nit want a family, but we are not leaving," he added.


Aladdin frowned. He knew that it was only fair, but that didn't mean he had to like it.
"I don't want him to be family, " he said, petulantly.

"How is forcing me into having something I do not want any better?" Mozenrath demanded, looking at the other wizard. "I am not your blood and I have never known my father. Any memories I had...they are blurry." He admitted, looking away. "Not true family."

Cassim sighed, before kissing his son on the forehead. "Aladdin...I know you think of him as your greatest enemy...but I remember a time when he was your greatest friend. It can be that way again, my son."

Faried smiled.
"I am part of this family, Mozenrath. As his your father and your little brother."
He glanced over at them and smiled.
"Your father speaks of little else then his boys."


Aladdim frowned.
"That can't be right. He would remember that, wouldn't he?" He said.
