Smallmew/Barky used to be a big fan of little sister/big sister pairing (early into his career also little sister/big brother, though all the pics he did had also added element of furry), Hayate no Gotkou's Katsura sisters were his favourite target. Of late he's been doing mostly (only?) commissions though, so it's been years since we've seen anything like this. Funbun also has quite a few edits with the theme of (consensual) little brother/big sister, he recently posted some new stuff here after a bigger break. Also there's this pixiv guy with the fixation on one specific role reversal pairing (Dawn and Cynthia from Pokemon). These are the only two which I know to have or have had a consistent interest in the topic.

SP Anka is the most obvious choice. spanichspank drew quite a lot of it, though not primarely role-reversal. Nocti Raven did a lot of light, mostly femdom-oriented role-reversal.
