This shows quite some potential. Though some annoying things have been brought up, which I will second, those being: unskippable penalties, The inability to back out once you've chosen to present something, a bad case of erotic-reward-for-losing syndrome, and "reviewing" doesn't actually let you review the evidence in detail(if you try to, it'll give you the detailed review only after presenting the correct evidence and getting to the cutscene afterward, which is especially annoying for the statements). I also do question the use of RPG maker in favour of Renpy, which is what the inspiration was made in. Is there any specific reason for that? AFAIK, Renpy is free, though I maybe wrong.
Anyway - the only actual suggestions I can really give are, maybe some spankings for the witnesses for giving bad information repeatedly, getting too angry or accusatory of the defendant(or others), bad court etiquette, etc, and then hell, maybe the defense or even the prosecution might get punished along with the client for some reason or another.
Overall, great game! I do hope to see more and perhaps some storyline regarding Alicia.

Isabella says that Lily was the only one near the necklace and that she is the only one possible to steal it (something along those lines) and you can prove that Lily was not the only person standing near the necklace. Try that. After that, she identifies the necklace as the exact same one that got stolen and you have to prove that her description doesn't match your evidence. Hope that helps!

I am stuck at first part...can't get pass Isabella, spoke, did the cameras, but won't let me open that white drawer and stuff it shows circle on it but when I get to it won't open or anything

I've already given my suggestions, but it seems like I wasn't the only one who was confused at the first testimony. I didn't want to say that it was poorly hinted, and really should've been something other than the cameras(perhaps Isabella's statement), but I think it's safe to say that now.
For those still wondering, if there is anyone

He claims to have seen the defendant put the necklace into her purse, but(for some reason) the cameras prove otherwise.

Like I said, at first I tried Isabella's statement(saying "he saw her put SOMETHING into her purse") because I didn't think about the protagonist offering another option as to what she put into the bag, when he sounded so sure all of a sudden that it was indeed the necklace.
