You can't review the evidence while presenting it, it doesn't do anything. So you have to kind of remember exactly what each piece of evidence says before presenting it.

I have to say, this is one of the best games I've ever played on this website! I suppose I can understand why some people struggled, but I was very easily able to figure the logic that the game wanted me to pursue! The only hint that gave me a bit of trouble was during Sophia's examination. At first, I was a bit frustrated, given that the logic needed to accuse her was weaker than the rest of the trial. But maybe there's a reason for that...? LOL

Spoiler for the Good Ending:

 

Alicia's spanking was lowkey one of the hottest scenes I've ever seen play out in a spanking game??? The build up was fantastic, and seeing her cocky facade crumble in real time was such a treat. Genuinely hope there's a sequel of some sort so we can see more of the main duo and their dynamic!

And finally, for anyone having trouble with the trial segments, I'll post a small guide of my logic. I HIGHLY recommend that you attempt it on your own first, though! Everything you need to point out the holes in their logic is explicitly laid out to the player.

Trial Guide:

 

1. David claims that after the defendant stuffed the necklace into her bag, she immediately ran out of the store. During investigation, Alicia notes that the camera angle of the security footage cannot confirm or deny his claim. So, you must refute by poking holes in his argument. Security Footage L clearly shows that the defendant did not rush out immediately as the witness claims, but rather bumps into Sophia. This is also when it is mentioned that Lily had stuffed her wallet back into the purse, causing confusion from David's point of view. His testimony is thrown out."

 

Isabella claims no one but Lily could have stolen the necklace. Press her on this. She will add that no one else was close to the necklace that day. Recall back to Security Footage L, where you clearly see Sophia standing in front of the necklace. Present either Sophia as a character, or the Security Footage as evidence to crack this accusation open.

 

Isabella will claim that the necklace found in Lily's bad matches the description, so it does not matter that Sophia was observing it. Recall back to your interview with Lily, where she remarks that the necklace looks different than she remembers it. Present Lily's testimony to the court.

 

Isabella argues that the necklace in Lily's bag had a golden chain and a large amethyst on the front. The court will confirm that this was the necklace found in Lily's bag, however, the true necklace did not have an amethyst. Present the necklace itself as evidence, and show that it was officially reported to be Tanzanite on court forms, proving that the necklace Lily had was a dupe. Accuse her of not being a qualified appraiser, and her testimony will be thrown out.

 

The prosecution will argue that Lily could have stashed the true necklace somewhere else, continuing the trial. They will call Sophia to the stand. She will claim that it was her first time in the store, explaining her wandering and observing items. Recall back to your exchange with Isabella during the investigation, where she mentions that the other girl in the store that wasn't Lily had been a repeat customer. Present the store's sale logs as evidence, revealing that the witness has previously purchased a ring from the jewelry.

 

Sophia will begin getting nervous, and clarify that she had been to the store once before, to buy a little ring. Press her on this. Winchester will ask where the ring she'd bought is now, to which Sophia gets even more defensive and claims that she lost it at home. To poke the final hole in her testimony, present Lily's wallet as evidence. This one is a bit of a stretch, but all other pieces of evidence have already been used, leaving this as the final piece. Inside of the wallet will be Sophia's ring. Threaten to send it off and tested for fingerprints, and the university student will fold and confess to her crimes.

 

Enjoy watching a slew of spanking scenes. After the main story ends, Winchester will corner Alicia in her apartment, confronting her about the hole in the trial's logic. Have him mention that Lily's Wallet was suspicious. He will accuse her of planting the ring inside of it when Lily handed it off to her during her interview. To prove your claim, present the store's sales log. Winchester will reveal that he went back to the store, and found a transaction with Alicia's name on it... for a ring. Enjoy peak spanking fiction as you put Alicia in her place.

To wrap my essay of a comment up... thanks a ton for this amazing game! I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would love to offer up my own art for graphics if you decide to ever make another chapter for the game!

I gotta praise it for being one of the few games I've seen here that gave me the impression the author created it with his hand out of his pants. By which I mean that it actually focuses on building toward a scene like an erotic game (or a story) generally should, instead of putting the word "spanking" into every other sentence like it was afraid you'll turn it off otherwise. The mystery itself not being spanking-centric (or even erotic in any way) certainly helps. A nice satisfying "job well done" scene is better than 100 hundred random ones a lot of games throw at you.

Such a wonderful idea, and really well executed! I love the Ace Attorney games, and confronting dishonest witnesses and eventually cornering the real culprit becomes even more fun and exciting knowing that me exposing the truth will also result in these ladies getting their bare bottoms exposed and spanked. But of course, if I'm struggling with the case and resorting to trial and error it's not all bad either, because I then get to enjoy the sight of my cute client receiving a spanking

Great first case, the culprit's punishment was really satisfying, and the post-trial spanking was a great surprise. And in case there's a sequel, I hope it somehow ends up with that smug prosecutor getting her bottom warmed.
