RWBY: A Beacon of Swats(For nomoewoes)

In the aftermath of the fall of Beacon, Vale had been considered somewhat safe but there were places that were still compromised by the damages to the wall made by everyone involved in the attack. It was leaving everyone in a rough place and shape, but it also meant for opportunities for those who were ambitious, private guards or freelance huntsman to defend parts of the walls, construction companies or what not. Yin was no different, he had taken over a town and had been discreetly moving to raise it up and uplift it himself.

It had taken a few years prior to the fall of Beacon but he had become ready as he had some people in the town already but here, he'd start taking advantage of the distrust and chaos, his semblance had allowed him to manipulate people and gaslight them into submission until they just believed him on their own. When it was time he'd let people know the city was prepared to defend and take those who were not trusting of the kingdoms. Avalon as he called it was the largest non-kingdom city in any of the four kingdoms. It was a complete city, it wasn't massive but he had prepared a small Huntsman academy, complete with residential district, a main part of town, hospital, entertainment district, shops, it had everything a kingdom town had. The only difference was that they also handled things a bit more old fashioned with pillories and other public punishments as seeing bad people get punished made others feel happier and increase their mood.

As the new town seemed to pop up out of nowhere, the Ace Operatives were called since the town was located near Atlas. Drawing the short straws, the 2 female members were chosen to go and check out the town while other members had another mission to go on. As they made it to the entrance of the town, they both remarked that it very much seems like a ghost town. Once inside, Elm and Harriet looked around while dressed in their Ace Op uniforms. After a moment of looking around and finding nothing, they decided it would be best if they split up. So they both walked off in two separate directions to try and find clues

As the two ace opts unsubtly entered the town. It seemed relatively empty, and while accurate there were some people there. Not many but some. Elm and Harriet were allowed to explore the awaiting town there, for them to really see what was inside of it. The owner had seen their arrival as the only way in our out was at present over the walls for safety. For now he had been watching the pair and deciding whether they'd end up as they were going to be the newest residents whether they wanted to or not.

As the two split up, Harriet was the first to find a building that wasn’t run down. It looked like a grocery store and was definitely newer looking compared to the other buildings. Curiosity got the best out of the muscular woman and she entered the store to see not only was it empty but it had was fully stocked with supplies and food. Grabbing a soda from the cooler, she made her way to the exit without paying for it as it seemed like no one was there

As she went for the exit however she'd find someone grabbing her wrist. "Stealing from a store, you should know better as an ace operative from Atlas should you not?" Yin asked looking at her and looking dismissive of her for her actions.

The Faunus gasped as her wrist was grabbed and a mysterious man was standing there. There was a strange aura coming from him and for some reason she couldn’t activate her semblance. “Hey! Get your hands off me!” Harriet demanded as she tried to free herself from his grip

He looked at her, his semblance had been "domain" anyone within his domain would be manipulating anyone within it mind and body. Here he was preventing her from using her semblance. "You stole food, and are judging me for detaining you?" He asked her curiously.

“I’ve been looking around for a few minutes and didn’t see a soul! How was I supposed to know?” Harriet asked as she growled at him, struggling to free herself from his grip

"Sorry but a thief is a thief regardless of the situation. If you aren't in your room, are you saying someone can steal your underwear?" He asked Harriet and then chuckled as he lifted the woman under his arm so she'd be off the ground. "You need to be punished for this." He told her as he began to spank her firmly.

“W-What kind of comparison is that? Hey!” Harriet gasped as she was lifted off the ground and was tucked under his arm with the seat of her shorts sticking out. The first spank fell and her body stiffened as she jerked forward. “Knock it off you perv!”
