The Schnees. A rich family with a Big Corporation. This family has been responsible for a lot of Dust businesses being shut down and major discrimination to faunus. People thought they only cared about their money and themselves. But for this Faunus, he found not all of them can be bad.

He met the future heiress of the Schnee Dust Company, Weiss Schnee. When they were younger around 6 or 7 years old, Midnight met the Schnee in the park , she being picked on by some kids who's families got their dust stores shut down. Midnight ended up protected the Schnee seeing as she was defenseless and hurting on the ground like that. He drove them away. Weiss didn't know why a Faunus helped her, but she appreciated nonetheless. Midnight asked did she want to be friends. She never had a friend before so she thought it would be nice to have one. She agreed and ever since then, they were friends and eventually became best friends.

When her father found out her best friend was a Faunus and a freak no less. He tried to ban her from seeing him ever again, which Midnight helped her defy greatly for he had a plan for them to hangout and play in secret. 6 Years past since their plan came into action. But, Midnight's family had an accident and he ended losing both his parents and with him being a Faunus he was forced to live on the streets. Weiss, decided it was her turn to save him. So she asked her father to take him in and gave a way for him to use the opportunity. He reluctantly agreed to it seeing as he agreed it would be a good opportunity to get on the good side of Faunus and cooperate. You know cause the White Fang loathes them and their company.

But he had one condition, Midnight would work as Weiss' personal butler and Disciplinarian, since him and her sister wouldn't be around or have the time to deal with her. Weiss was a scared at the Disciplinarian part and she knew her father would decide the punishments to be given to her, but she agreed to his terms, if it meant helping her best friend.

When Midnight moved in, he was a little skeptical towards her father, but he was grateful nonetheless and he was already told the aspects of his job and her father wanted to initiate him. So he was taken to Weiss' room and he was told to spank her. Apparently she had been disrespectful a few days ago and he hadn't gotten around to punish her due to a lot of meeting and buisness calls.

"B-but sir, i-"

"I'm not asking you, I'm telling you. Now do it or I will put you right back on the streets where you belong!"he threatened.

Midnight gave Weiss a sad look, he really didn't want to do it.

Weiss was in her room stretched out on her bed on her stomach as she read a book as she attempt to read the words on the book a bit distracted thinking about her beat friend Midnight. She had her long white hair in her usual ponytail as she refocused on the words and then looked up in surprise when her father and midnight came into her room.

She was unaware of what her father had planned and she sucked in a shocked breath as he plainly stated for himbto spank her and then her fathers threat to throw him out.

Weiss was not thrilled about a spanking but looking into modnights eyes she could see he truly didnt want to and she knew her father well enough to know he would easily throw him back out into the cold. "How do you want me Midnight" she ended up saying with a soft whisper

Midnight just sighed sadly. He knew that if he and Weiss knew if he defied her father, he would be right back on the streets. He walked over and sat on Weiss' bed. "...Just lay over my lap for me, please,"he said sadly and a bit sternly for her father. He really didn't want to do this to his best friend. And he was sure she didn't want to either. But neither of them had much of a choice in the matter.

"You heard the boy Weiss, do as he says,"her father said.

She glared at her father more for the fact that she was getting ready to not giving her much of a chance to even listen as she sat up on the bed and then laid her long body over his lap.
