After making phone calls to each of the four inner senshi (Ami, Rei, Makoto and Minako), Usagi readied her room for the soon-to-be company. Although successful, their recent battles have been nothing short of sloppy; as the leader, she felt the need to address this issue. After discussing her plan with her cat, Luna, the black-furred feline could only lower her head with a sigh.

"You do realize that's not the way to go about things, right?" Luna asked, which only resulted in a casual laugh from Usagi.

"Oh, lighten up Luna- it'll work out!"

Soon all the girls arrived.

"Hello, Usagi. What happened?" Rei asked as she entered without knocking (they were friends, after all, right?). She was wearing a grey dress with relatively short skirt.

"Ugh, is it urgent? I didn't finish my homework..." Ami asked softly, following the black-haired girl. Mercury still wore her school uniform.

"Hi!" Minako in tight jeans and pretty pink shirt came in, opening the pack of cookies she brought on her way. Then you're going to usagi, cookies are the must!

"Hello again everyone. Usagi, you said on the phone that we need to discuss something serious..." Makoto's tone suggested, that it was something she didn't really expect from their blonde leader. The tall girl wore a grey sweater and pleated knee-lenght skirt.

Usagi took a deep breath, a sullen expression taking over her otherwise cheery demeanor. She wore a pink-collared tank-top with a blue, high-waisted mini-skirt, feet bare as she paced back and forth as she tried her best to act serious.. which lasted a whole two seconds.

"..ooh!" Eagerly she skipped right up to her fellow blonde, plucking out a cookie and munching it on it happily. A quiet 'mm' resonated afterwards, taking a few more before stepping back in front of the group.

"Ahem! So, as of recently, I've noticed we haven't really improved too much since we first became a team! Mistakes are still being made- even if we're beating the bad guys for now, someone tougher could do us in good. So,-" a pause, taking a bite out of a cookie. "-.. as of today, there's going to be some incentive to not mess up as bad!"

The girls meanwhile took a seat on the floor and Usagi's bed, ready to listen to their leader. Minako passed the cookies to everyone.

Scouts exchanged the looks. It was a bit strange to hear something like this from Usagi, but she was - surprisingly - right. None of them got badly injured, fortunately, but each was rather close to it in their recent battles. If Usagi could see the problem, it was, of course, clear for everyone else too.

"Yes, we need to do something!"
"Mmm, maybe we should take more time for training?.."
"Yeah, it was a mess... This demon almost burnt off my rear!.."

"We agree, Usagi." Mako summed up the reaction of the scouts in a more serious tone. "Honestly, I'm glad you noticed this and decided to do something. So, what shall we do to get better in fights?"

"I'm glad you asked, Mako- since you recently messed up, I wanted to use you as a demonstration!" As she said this, the bun-head of a senshi stood up from her seat on the bed, aiming to take the taller woman by the wrist and guide her to stand. Her brow furrowed; she knew she had to be stern if she wanted the others to take this seriously.

"Aside from, well.. saving the whole world, I feel as if we need more incentive to stay sharp during fights. Something harsh, but quick as to not take up too much time- we're all busy people, after all." Granted, Usagi's 'busy schedule' was sleeping and going to the arcade, but she wasn't about to say such aloud!

Figuring she would allow her actions to speak out the rest for her, had Mako complied, Usagi would pull Jupiter right over her lap. Holding her back down with on hand, the blonde took a swift inhale before bringing her palm firmly against the brunette's backside, delivering a pair of firm swats to each cheek.

The girls exchanged confused looks once again, since Usagi's explanation didn't explain that much. Harsh, but quick?..

Mako, who really almost blew the other Scouts up with her lightening in the previous bettle due to, let's say it, lack of coordination in the team, felt kinda guilty about this, so she obediently followed Usagi's lead... Untill the blonde girl suddenly pulled her arm forecefully, and Makoto lost her balance and found herself over the lap of their leader.

"Hey, Usagi?! What are you..." Mako strated in confusion, a bit irritated with this, but at this moment she was interrupted with sound smack on her nicely shaped buttocks. "Ouch!! Are you nuts?!"

The brown-haired teen started to wiggle, trying to get up...

Usagi knew that leading off with a verbal explanation would only complicate things; the others would become timid, angry or straight up noncompliant. By leading with a physical demonstration, the other scouts may have an easier time coming to terms with this, knowing that someone already got punished.

"No, Mako, I'm serious." Usagi stated, tone unwavering as she pressed her free hand right into the small of Jupiter's back, keeping her in place. Another swift set of swats found themselves upon the shapely rear of her comrade, four in total before pausing.

"Say what you want about it, but this is how it'll be! No one wants to get spanked.." The blonde muttered, unknowing that there are some that do enjoy it; whether someone like that was on her team or not would have to be seen. Another pair of smacks rained down on Mako's bottom, the sound of her palm hitting the skirt-clad cheeks echoing in her small room.

"..and it's a quick and simple way to keep everyone focused. Don't like it? Don't mess up."

Makoto tried to stand up, but Usagi, while being a rather careless high-schooler, was also the Sailor Scout and held her rather firmly, plus the brown-haired girl didn't have enough support for her legs to fight back effectively, so she only wiggled and fidgeted over the blondie's lap.

"But we are not kids! And you're certainly not an adult!.." Mako protested, blushing brightly in emberrassment and trying no to let out any sound as Usagi's palm landed on her rear end again. "It's not a way to... ugh... to deal with your friends!!.."

Rei looked at this madness with an expression of clear shock, though deep inside she was also a bit emberrassed - with her old-fashioned and perverted Grandpa the brunette still got such treatment at home from time to time. As opposte to Ami, who wasn't even spanked in her childhood and right now witnessed it for the very first time, red as tomatoe and feeling like the room suddenly turned very hot...

Minako, unlike the other two scouts she stood beside, couldn't help but let out a soft giggle. She had nothing to worry about; being a scout before the others meant that she rarely messed up!.. from what she could remember. Noticing that Ami was blushing up furiously from the situation, the long haired blonde took it upon herself to give Mercury a light nudge in hopes of relaxing her.

"Oh, lighten up! It's not like this will be in public.." Mina said before she leaned in, whispering the second part. "..and Usagi messes up a lot- she'll probably get spanked once and stop this stuff."

"To deal with my friends?.. you're right! If this was about our friendship, I'd never result to this sort of thing.. but.." Once she noticed Mako's hips wiggling, Usagi was quick to bring a leg up and over the taller woman's, pinning them down against her other leg in hopes of keeping her still. Once again she would continue the smacks to the toned bottom of her comrade, letting out a quiet huff.

"..I'm the leader! It's my responsibility to make sure we're ready for combat!" She accented that last bit with another crisp smacks, her hand landing right beneath those cheeks in hopes of not focusing on one spot alone. She contemplated flipping the skirt Mako wore, but decided against it; perhaps that would be a bit too far for the time being. After one last, hard smack to the brunette's bottom, Usagi would let out a quiet sigh.

"Look. As soon as we're working really well together in fights, no one will have to get spanked- just let this be a.. motivator!"

None of Minako's words made Ami blush less - in fact she was almost glowing with redness now tahnks to all teh images which came into her creative and normally innocent mind. "Ugh... Yeah, I guess" Ami whispered very quietly, grabbing her skirt nervously, but still looking closely at Usagi and Mako.

The brown-haired girl meanwhile was having a hard time. She was used to be in active role, to be the most self-confident one in the group, aside of Mars, maybe, and now Makoto felt completely helpless in this rather emberrassing situation. It hurt even more then the sound slaps on her fit buttocks... though they hurt pretty badly as well!

Mako did her best not to make the situation more humiliating for herself, so she only puffed and gasped through clenched teeth, despite the fact taht her rear end was quite hot to the moment Usagi finally stopped.

"Ugh... I'm sorry that I did poorly in the previous battle" the girl finally said in a strained voice, trying not to whimper. "I... I am not sure about that kind of motivation, but I get what you were going for. I... I didn't do my best. Can I get up now... please?"
