Hello, I'm late to this thread, but have a question about the 1st chapter of the game.
After defeating Buzzsaw and returning to encounter Sam, is there any way to dominate that interaction? I'm trying to do a purely dominant run, but seems like there is no way to avoid a spanking without breaking down in tears?
Just a personal preference, but I quite enjoyed the option to be purely dom/sub, or to switch. This was the one thing that's somewhat immersion breaking for a dominant run, when there doesn't seem to be any way to just assert yourself over Sam.
Great game, and thanks for your lengthy efforts on this.

Ahh, that's a good point about there not really being a "dominant" path that avoids a spanking with Sam.
Now there definitely isn't going to be a way to *dominate* Sam. But I can try to add a choice with a more dominant vibe that lets you evade the spanking. Is there something in particular you'd like to see?
Maybe a calm, and collected "Yes, we're home late, and we apologize. We had a bit of car trouble, but nothing too serious. I would like to point out that RA's have the discretion of letting off students with a warning on their first infraction, and this is our first. Also, Juliana thinks you're hot, but nothing gets her out of the mood like a sore bottom."

Thanks for the clarity on that; I was actually mistaken in my assumption that there was a way to come out on top if you choose the confrontational route with same, mostly given the "Maybe I'll paddle you, you cock sucking jackass!" dialogue option. Figured I was failing a hidden Stat check or something to that effect. Even if there is no way to actually follow through on your threat, I was hoping for an option to "win" that confrontation, so to speak.
One of the things I've really enjoyed with this game is the extensive customization options, so it's been quite fun to try a number of different player character setups. And I think like many people, I wanted to try a character that's more of an approximation of myself "irl". So, when I choose a tall, muscular, heavyset male character, I suppose I was a bit frustrated that Sam will always end up just overpowering you if you full-on resist.
Would you consider something like a dialogue option where you manage to squeeze one last drop from your new powers, like maybe a slight glint of the "crimson mist" in your eyes? Perhaps Sam is a bit unnerved and decides that discretion is the better part of valor, or something to that effect. I suppose that, after managing to fight your way through a street gang, then overpower the freight train that is Buzzsaw, I was hoping for an option to assert yourself in some way and make Sam back down.
Oh course, you're the author, and I appreciate you taking the time to still engage with players here.

This all makes sense. I will think on it some. I don't think a straight up confrontation would work, just given the social dynamics, and of course the limitations of a video game. Resisting the RA too much would likely lead to more extensive disciplinary action from the school, even if you overpowered Sam. This would kind of throw the game off the rails. Great in a tabletop RPG, not really feasible in a video game.
But I could probably give a quietly, controlled anger, confidently confrontational approach where you get a bit of a remaining gleam in your eye, and Sam is clearly a bit unnerved, but decides to just let you guys off with a warning in a manner that allows him to save some face.
Something like "Calmly, but with a hint of anger and frustration: 'I have had a *very* bad night, and I am going to bed.'"
You're not giving Sam an inch here, but neither are you being provocative enough that he *has* to do something about it. Plus, I don't know about you, but calm assertiveness feels more "domly" to me than angry confrontation anyway.
